Food was terrible and very limited. Wanted an early wake up call, and it did not happen. No shuttle from airport or port. Shower curtain broken and no products in shower all empty.

The extra bed they said that we paid for you could not lay on it as there was no mattress and they also showed on your website they have a hot tub and it’s all boarded up and has been that way for awhile! False advertising

When I book my room at the hotel, I didn’t expect to see all that I seen when I went into the room. That room was great. I loved everything about it. Having separate bedrooms was the best thing ever. It was very hard to find hotels that have rooms like that and I thank you and I will be Getting another room when I come up there again soon thank you very much.

糟糕的住宿体验。墙上有洞,浴室漏水,电视坏了,所以我们换了房间,结果电视又坏了,临走前一晚我们又提出换房间。房间里弥漫着难闻的臭味。房间里的地毯和家具都很脏。床硬得像石头。浴帘杆也坏了。不会再住了。
