The room was relatively clean except for the water/mold damage in the bathroom which seemed to be from the broken shower curtain. The curtain wouldn’t stay open OR closed somehow due to being bent down in the middle. It caused water to spill everywhere onto the floor when the shower was in use. The WIFI disconnected quite frequently as well. The staff were very nice! The AC in the room made a terrible high pitched screech the entire time as well.

Water in shower was cold though and some tears in the sheets on my bed.
But overall pretty decent experience. Maybe some upgrades would help

The only positive was its proximity to Arundel Mills. Staff were unfriendly and barely communicative. Despite requesting a quiet room, I was placed next to the linen room and front entrance. The room had basic furniture, a fridge, and a stove, but it smelled bad, was outdated, and had very poor water pressure. I doubt I’ll return.

I have stayed here off and on for years with no issues. I booked through ******* and got charged by both *******, upon booking, and the hotel upon check out. It has been a total pain in the butt dealing with 3rd party customer service on the ******* end, and all because the front desk at the hotel was of no help. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the new management at the hotel, but I have stayed here a dozen times over the years without any issues. I shouldnt have to feel like this or deal with this headache. I just want the money that they over charged me. It should not be this difficult, but you never know in today's society what people are really trying to do to the customer.

Over all nice but there was only one luggage cart for the whole 5 story hotel. We never got one either checking in or leaving. We were traveling with a handicapped person which required more luggage than normal. Many long trips to unload and load.

Terrible, nothing was in working condition, sofa mattress was filthy dirty. It was a nightmare. Save your money. Manager refunded with no problem
