Staff was very friendly, somehow they checked someone else in under me so that was a bit annoying at 1030 pm to get figured out. The bigger issue is the smell throughout the entire hotel. It's moldy/musty and utterly nauseating. My room even smelled like it. Definitely won't be staying there again.

Should have just kept driving
It was a last minute decision after a long day and long drive to stay there.
However the room was 77 degrees and humid in there, the AC was unable to be adjusted and the fridge didnt cool anything.
Needless to say, it was not a restful night.

We chose this place to stay for its convenient location from the highway and its location to restaurants and things to see. Check in was easy and convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We booked a regular king room, but we put in a handicapped roll in shower room. Room smelled likemildew, especially in the bathroom. Definitely was not a $250 room.

The hotel was overall nice but I feel for the amount we paid there was many things not right. The ice machine was out of order - they did provide ice but not for coolers. At breakfast the fresh fruit (pineapple, etc) was out by 8am. The check in staff was not very friendly. The deadbolt on our room was also broken. There was a young man on the second day was so helpful and willing to make things better. Overall good just seemed overpriced for what we got!

Charged $3 for parking on an outside lot, nothing special. Room stunk like bleach, Wallpaper peeling off wall in bathroom, caulk on wallpaper, breakfast poor.
This was Best Western, not Marriott quality.

This hotel needs some serious updates and sound proofing. ADA toilets and walk in showers. Mattresses updated. We have stayed in other Fairfield's and the updates are wonderful. You should be able to expect same everywhere.

我选择 Fairfield 是基于之前在其他城市的万豪/Residence Inn/Fairfield 早餐的良好体验。我们很喜欢能享用基本早餐，对咖啡、水果和百吉饼感到满意。然而，主食（速溶炒鸡蛋和所谓的“煎蛋卷”）的质量令人失望。酸奶只有脱脂的（口感像粉笔），而且早上九点整就被锁起来了。香肠饼（冷冻/加热的）供应不足，而且也不开胃。考虑到我们支付的房费，我们本希望能享用更好的早餐。
