We left my husbands black windbreaker jacket in the room and called back to the hotel to have them hold it for us and they said they didn’t have a jacket like that , that was left behind in that room. One of your staff clearly took it and that’s fine, if they need a jacket that badly, then by all means, keep it!!!!!
This was our wedding night too😢

We picked this hotel because of its convenient location and high rating. We felt the rating wasn’t accurate. The hotel is amidst renovation. The hallways stunk of something—adhesive, paint, . . . something unpleasant. There were no signs, door trim, etc. throughout the halls. In the lobby and meeting area, all the electrical switches were uncovered with wires exposed, which seemed like a safety hazard. The front desk area was wallpapered while we stayed there. All this work meant there was a film of dust on floors, etc.
Our room was further along in reno, but there were no bars or hooks to hang towels or clothes, which was inconvenient.
This hotel may be great when it’s finished, but there should have been notice before booking that we would have been staying in a work zone and/or offer a price discount.

We enjoyed our stay here! Even though they are doing renovations currently the room was very nice and clean! The breakfast was great, and had a wide variety of options!

Very clean room! Housekeeper did a great job. Parking is limited and if you end up behind hotel it’s a bit intimidating.
Staff at check in desk was neutral. My reservation request was one bed from booking app but I was given two beds instead. She said they didn’t have any left and it was first come. Hotel was under major construction. Including paper taped on door for room number, one elevator broke but they did have another one. When I arrived in room there was no tub just a shower. I called down to front desk to see if I could a room with a tub as I have stayed there before and knew they had one before. She said no and they won’t have any tubs anymore because of remodel. I told her that was very disappointing as I usually stay there but I only book rooms with a bathtub. She didn’t seem to care. No sorry or anything. May need to change hotel selections in the future. Good news is it will be remodeled bad news no bathtub.

The Hotel was being rebuilding, so it was a terrible mess all around the halls, lots of dust in the walls, materials all over. It was impossible to stay there, so we moved to other hotel (Hilton) in the same area. They should announce the guests that it is happening, so we can decide if we want to make the reservation or not. Many people moved to other hotels.

Parking lot felt safe, staff were genuinely nice, despite all the construction and renovation my room was clean, quiet and served the purpose of my visit.

The floor i was on was dirty and dusty with construction going on, the workers were noisy until after 8:30pm. I also got into my room and was trying to relax after a long work day when my door suddenly opened and a man stepped in and he apologized thinking this was his room. It was very unnerving that someone else was able to get into my room. I called the front desk and she apologized and said to bring my key cards down to have them replaced. Overall, the staff was friendly but i feel like i should have been partially credited for the noise and key mishap. This hotel is also located close to a busier road and i could easily hear outside road noise while trying to sleep.

This property is currently under construction but it will look really great soon and everything is being updated. Super nice it had a great breakfast and super friendly staff
