The heater was broken. When we walked into the room it was 83 degrees and the heat was set at 74. I turned the AC on and it would get it down to 70 and then back to 76. Didn't sleep at all because it was freezing and then hot.

It seemed to be clean in all areas of the hotel. The soup with bread and crackers from 6 to 7 in the evening was very nice and good because we didn’t feel like going out in the cold that night. The workers were very kind and professional also.

Not the property’s fault, but extremely busy with a group from the tournament. Very loud. Staff dealt with noisy people above us.

The bed was clean and comfy with soft sheets. The shower had instant hot water and the towels were fluffy and soft. The big tv was a plus! Good, fresh breakfast with enough choices. The only thing that kept me from a 5 star review was the non-sound proof windows. We could hear all the traffic all night long. Every car, truck and motorcycle from 6pm -6 am with the windows closed at the end of November. If any walked by on the sidewalk, we could completely hear their conversation on the second floor. Our room was just above the main door. Maybe the rooms at the far end of the street were better?

Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was sharp on closing and shutting down time. I stayed at many facilities and people tend to be a bit more flexible. Other than that Front desk and cleaning people were truly awesome! Thanks.

Great breakfast and pool and hot tub were very clean. The bedding had a weird smell to it and wish they could of had rooms next to each other since I reserved two rooms

The pool was nice and warm. The hot tub was very hot but we managed for a bit. Breakfast was so good with variety and warm foods. My kids found plenty they liked.

Excellent service. Clean room, excellent parking. Friendliness of staff. Definitely coming back.
Parking was easy, the location was convenient, and the pool and hot tub were warm and welcoming.
