The Holiday Inn Express was dated and needed a refresh.
I was told that they would email me my receipt, but it never came.

Pretty good for the price. The advertising says “three queen beds” in a queen suite.. what they mean is 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. It worked for us as our teen slept in the pull out but the beds were quite comfortable. The room served its purpose well. Towels could have been nicer. Friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good for “hotel food” .. they had a warm bar and a neat pancake conveyor belt machine. Clean hotel. Would recommend with a family. We had 2 teens, our 1 yr old, my husband and I sharing the suite.

Attendant in breakfast area was attentive and professional. The food was just ok.
Check in was slow. We had a trainee. Not sure he spoke English- never said a word to us. Bad first impression.
The check in desk has laser printed signed tapes to it showing everything they prohibit. Looks tacky- kind of like a hourly rate hotel.

Only complaint is total price said $180 on ******* m, but when I paid at property it was $230 they added in a $50 fee which I will get back. I was just unaware of that fee.

The hotel itself was very clean and well kept. The television didn't work in the first room we were given. We were promptly given another room. In the second room, the AC made loud noises whenever it would cycle on and off. It would last about 30 seconds, but it happened every time. We were glad to have a refrigerator in the room, but it didn't work. When we told the front desk, we were told we needed to press a reset button....I was like, "do what?" Any way, we travel this way a lot and thought we'd try this place. We'll go back to the Best Western across the parking lot.

My only complaint was the room lacked any heave drapes/curtains there was a pull down curtain that was very light and when the lights from the parking lot came on the room was very bright inside to sleep in.

Great hotel!
Brian, Drew, and the breakfast staff (I didn’t get her name) went above and beyond to make our stay so nice! This hotel is in a great location and is very nice. I would definitely recommend it! We didn’t have a chance to see the pool, but everything else was fantastic.

My room was not cleaned. Previous guest left toiletries and nothing was cleaned out. Not a Holiday Inn standard and the breakfast was not good. I've stayed in many Holiday Inns during my travels and this one by far the worst.

酒店位置很好，周边也很安全。房间干净整洁，床也很舒服。要说不足的话，室内泳池区虽然不错，但池水有点发绿……感觉不太好。总的来说，我们下次还是会选择住在这里的。
