The bathroom was not what was shown in reservation also the room was adjoining to another room which we also weren’t told before making and paying for the reservation.

The TV did not work.. Kept saying No Signal and I tried every button. Was a holiday night and there was no one to help me. I had wanted to just relax and watch TV so it really was a bummer. Wish I at least had a discount.

The room was very clean and had a really nice scent. The bathroom was clean as well. The refrigerator didn’t work but that wasn’t a big deal a the shower curtain was essentially useless from preventing water from getting on the floor. Other than those two issues, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and I pre-checked in so check-in was very smooth. This will be my new spot in Meridian.

I didn’t stay there. Was staying in Meridian Utah and booked there by mistake. They would not refund my money. It was hard enough going to my nephews funeral without being charged for a room in a state I wasn’t even close to.

The breakfast food was good. The person working that area was excellent. She kept things stocked and cleaned with a smile on her face. Every person working there was nice and helpful. With the exception of the lady working hard in the breakfast room I saw everyone else on their phones multiple times. That was very unprofessional and extremely frustrating as a guest.

The check in staff was absolutely amazing. They are kind, courteous and so friendly. The hotel was extremely clean!

We had a late check in after a long day of traveling. The staff was able to quickly check us in. Very nice and clean rooms.

Place was very clean and specious!! Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice size tv.
Receptionist was very friendly.
The only thing was the bathtub. Needs to be remodeled.
