Great hotel, suite needed a little maintenance
The staff at this location are amazing. The only things about the hotel that bring the rating down are mechanics of the room. I've never been in a hotel that didn't have an exhaust in the bathroom, that was odd. The bathroom door had a lock, but it didn't actually lock the door. The thermostat in the bedroom didn't bring the temperature down. The living room was very comfortable, but I'm not going to sleep on the pull out couch. If it weren't for the fan in the bedroom, the bedroom would've been too hot.

Upon checking in, they messed it up and left me with no money the whole weekend when checking out on Sunday they couldn’t even check me out because they don’t have what they need so my entire weekend was ruining
because of their mistake from the beginning and witch the room was already paid for And they charge my card three times for the room that have been paid for in March

Disappointed
The hotel is out dated, musty, and the mattresses were worse than blow up mattresses. Creaky, flimsy and thin. The property says pool but it was under construction. Not worth the price at all

Mini home
Wish I had found this hotel for my previous visits to STL. It's like a mini apartment. Bed was super comfy. I travel for work and pleasure and this hotel is perfect for longer stays. Had everything needed. Has a mini mart which was hwlpful coming in on a late flight. But i loved the shuttle service. Drivers were great. I do wish the drivers has a way to tip them, like a venmo q code they could place at the front of the bus when on their shift. We rarely carry cash anymore and they deserve a little extra fpe doing a little extra!

I had ants in my first assigned room on the second floor. Then I went down to get to get a room switch and dealt with a front desk staff member that could care less. Next Day my mother went down to talk to the manager and she was very rude as well as they had lied and said we had 3 room changes and we only had 1, we went from the second floor to the fourth. Very unprofessional staff and they obviously don’t have their rooms checked and cleaned thoroughly on top of having old hair in the shower and a broken toilet seat in the NEW room.
