Don’t stay five minutes past checkout time not only do they not knock on the door. They don’t bother to call the room. They just send this crazy ass maintenance guy with some kind of door opening tool that doesn’t know how to use it and tries breaking into your room

酒店回复: Unfortunately this is just not the case. You were well passed our 11am sharp checkout time. You failed to answer Housekeeping knocking and vocally announcing themselves, you failed to answer me (the general manager) knocking and vocally announcing themselves, and then finally you failed to answer our maintenance team knocking and vocally announcing themselves. When they open our door to our room to they were greeted by you in an unwelcome and intoxicated manner. You were asked then to checkout and did so. I do hope you made it safe to your next destination.

The location and staff were friendly. Our window seal was broken and ypu could hear everything from outside very clearly. The pool was closed which was why we booked this hotel. An email or phone call warning would have been appreciated. The breakfast staff were very friendly. Front desk, not so helpful.

Hampton Inn Waste of Money.
Spent more than two hundred dollars on a room here. Hampton Inn like all of the nasty hotels can’t figure out when someone spends good money they better have someone there to cook an actual breakfast. Not the fake food-stuff they offered. That is the first and last time I’ll stay at a Hampton Inn.
The room was no different than any other $100.00 a night and up hotel.
Also Hampton keeps rejecting my review because it’s negative. These people just keep getting worse.

酒店回复: I am sorry that you feel there were not options at the free hot complimentary breakfast. I would love to know what options were presented as all Hampton's have a guide to what gets put out. We should have had an egg option, a protein option, and a potato option. Fresh waffle batter along with all the sides for them. Fresh fruit, yogurt, slice strawberries that go wonderful with dried cranberries and oatmeal that has been perfectly steamed. Hope to hear from you soon so you can shed some light for me on what was available.

Great place to stay!
We always try to stay at a Hampton and this location was great! Friendly staff, great breakfast and a good fitness room.

Did not like the pink rim in the shower, which is a sign of bacteria... Otherwise, great staff, great place!

Liked everything about our stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved that the pool and fitness were open 24 hours for adults.

First room bedding was old and hair all over, so we switched rooms and the 2nd room was even worst literal stains and hair everywhere! They need to hire new housekeeping.also cold water shower
