Room was not for 5 people no help from staff had to sleep on the floor
Asst. Manager next day is too young and arrogant to care and argued not there fault showed her room details 2 queen and a pull out
They also refused a rollaway bed

Great staff and location. However, we reserved and paid for an accessible room with a walk/roll- in shower. The bed, chair and shower are not compliant with even basic ada standards. Additionally,the shower didn't even work at all! This caused my diabled husband a great deal of pain, and a sleeplessnight with no morning ahowrr.

The room was very clean. The fitness room was filthy. Dead bugs on the window sills, carpets not vacuumed and treadmills did not work. The television was on very loud in the breakfast area and tuned to a channel that did not reflect all the guests staying at the hotel.

Kitchen employee was very kind. House keeping keeps it nicely cleaned. Conveniently located
Room door did not shut all the way, make sure you push it so it does close. Issues with key cards and someone that was not us checked us out at 4:45 am while we were still asleep. The lighting in the room was very dim. Pillows are lumpy. Pool closed for renovations. But if you just need a place to sleep it’s fine. My husband liked the huge TV.

The elevators were having problems, and maybe caused the gasoline smell in the hallway. It was so strong it made me sick. For a Fairfield I was dissapointed.

Liked the room being COLD when i walked into it. TV was great.
Door not closing completely upon leaving. had to be forced to close.

Worst Marriott Experience
I travel a lot for work and have generally had good experiences with Marriott but this hotel was nowhere near the quality of any other Marriott I’ve stayed at. It felt like a budget motel with the “premium” price of staying with a big brand.
When we arrived, there was construction equipment outside, so we anticipated some things being affected by renovations. The pool was closed for renovation, which we were fine with since it was just a quick stop on the way through Montana. When we got up to our room, it had a strong caulking smell, so it seemed like it was recently renovated. Looking through the bathroom, it looked lik

Hotel was nice staff at front desk were not nice nor friendly. Had an issue with my reservation through ******* and it took me an hour to check in and over 2 hours to try and resolve the issue. Thank goodness ******* took care of the issue.

Wonderful stay at the Fairfield.
We had a fabulous stay at the Fairfield. Thomas and Brandy at the front desk were so sweet. The breakfasts were very tasty and there was plenty of food. So glad we stayed at the Fairfield.
