食物、度假村、房间和泳池都非常完美。
酒店环境优美，房间宽敞舒适。可惜没有浴袍，不过提供了拖鞋。房间周围的庭院绿树成荫，环境宜人，维护得也非常好。食物品质不错，味道也很好。所有员工都非常友好，包括男女服务员。值得一提的是，他们总是衣着整洁，一丝不苟。为什么沙滩上没有提供沙滩巾服务呢？这样客人就不用自己把沙滩巾带回房间了！一个小细节是，部分公共区域的通风口需要清洁一下。除此之外，酒店其他部分都非常干净整洁，维护得很好。性价比很高。
在桑给巴尔的尼普顿普瓦尼酒店住了两周，简直是梦想成真，远超预期。房间布置精美——或者更确切地说，是别墅。自助餐和泰式、印度、意大利餐厅的菜品种类丰富，美食令人赞叹……尽管潮汐变化，海滩依然美不胜收……漫步沙滩，欣赏壮丽景色……简直完美。而且距离高尔夫球场也只有半小时车程……
这家位于桑给巴尔东海岸的酒店非常漂亮，是放松身心的绝佳去处。从前台到客房服务，所有员工都非常友好热情。房间装饰雅致，设施齐全，甚至还配备了熨斗。每间客房都拥有宽敞的阳台。酒店庭院开阔，绿树成荫，自然环境优美。海滩上也绿树成荫。食物美味可口。虽然晚间娱乐活动并非总是符合我们的口味，但酒店内还有其他酒吧可供选择。我们由衷地推荐海王星酒店。
房间无可挑剔，美不胜收。庭院维护得一尘不染。员工和整体客户服务都是一流的，是我们遇到过的最好的之一。食物非常棒……比游轮上的食物好太多了。我们印象非常深刻。
我在那里举办了一个很好的生日派对，唯一让我不喜欢的是人们在公共区域吸烟，有些客人不吸烟，度假村需要找到一个指定的吸烟区

酒店很棒，工作人员也很棒，但是由于海滩小贩一直骚扰游客，我的住宿体验并不愉快。
我不能去海里游泳，因为他们不会让我一个人呆着，即使在我告诉他们我对他们的任何东西都不感兴趣之后，他们仍然不尊重我并说粗鲁的话。因此，如果酒店有私人海滩，我只会返回桑给巴尔，因为当地供应商和所谓的“马赛人”的骚扰太多了，我什至无法享受躺在海滩上的乐趣，他们会不断地骚扰我。试着跟我说话，即使靠近水也很不舒服。
