Great location and above all the wonderful people serving us. A place where one stays should above all have a soul, viz. the people working must have that pleasant demeanor and be candid in their service and not putting up fake smiles to earn that little extra. Well the people over here provided us only that feeling but were genuine in their work. They were meticulous in their work and always had our best in their mind. So much so that they went well above their call of duty to provide that great feeling of being wanted. E.g. my wife liked to taste momos here which were not listed. However, the manager said we may need wait a few minutes, about 30, as they were not there pre-prepared. However, as we didn't want to wait as we were dead tired from our long road journey he suggested us the next evening and lo and behold. We had not only many momos the next evening but also the entire set of fish, vegetables and other locally produced items prepared just for us there during dinner the next evening. Here we sincerely thank the restaurant manager Sudip whole heartedly.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Nor-Khill Gangtok. The British Era Property is extremely well maintained and the location is also very close to the walking street and MG Road. The service is impeccable, reminiscent of colonial clubs such as Calcutta Club and Bengal Club. The staff were warm, welcoming and extremely efficient. The atmosphere takes you back to a different era without being gaudy. I don't think we found even a small thing to complain about during our two nights here.

我预订了一晚住宿，和我的父亲同行。酒店员工非常棒，因为我父亲行动不便，不能走太多楼梯，他们立刻给我们换了房间。所以我想说，这里的员工和服务都是一流的。
房间本身非常好，但有一个问题，就是厨房排气扇会发出像发电机一样的噪音。这个声音一直持续到厨房晚上10点关闭。这是我这次入住唯一不满意的地方。我另外一个建议是，酒店能有个健身房或者游戏室之类的空间就更好了。
这真的是一家很棒的酒店。我非常喜欢。

这是一处历史遗产。装饰精美。永远记得这里的服务。太可悲了。他们强行改变评级，然后不断重复同样的事情。他们需要有热情好客的员工。1.把你从桌子上赶走，说这是给其他重要客人的。2我们没有毛巾。你数了一下，还给我两条毛巾……哈哈……从来没有在任何四五星级酒店这样做过……客人数着脏毛巾。3.最差的洗手间。4.没有食物。5.不新鲜的水果。你代表了锡金在游客心目中的形象。请审视一下你那唯利是图的前台的行为。花了十万卢比后，你还给这种待遇。伤心...你们需要年轻人来处理前台...这是假期...不是路边便宜货。太糟糕了所以早上我们没吃早餐就离开了，他们给我们打包了四片面包三明治，称之为免费午餐（他们一直宣称他们做了大慈善事业，我们从未要求过）...哈...这就是五星级的招待吗...我以为是早餐，但我们一大早就不能吃了。我们选择了半膳。太可怕了。我的意思是他们把你当乞丐一样对待...一块早餐...一根烂香蕉...呵呵。绝对不适合女性旅行者....他们需要有更好的人来处理前台，并配备一些有接待道德的正规员工。请注意你们对待和讨价还价的方式，就像路边小店一样。这是招待。饶了我吧....绝对不适合女性旅行者。谢谢你们毁了我们的住宿。谢谢 elgin sikkim .... 你让我们想起了所有最糟糕的事情...歧视妇女...讨价还价...那种卑鄙的态度...我们从来没有要求你提供三明治午餐...这太可悲了。请记住，除了这是国王博物馆...待遇最差。不值得。😕 请不要强迫更改评论或评分。改变您对其他游客的热情好客。你的行为吓坏了我们....不要毁了美丽的锡金的面貌。
酒店房间不干净，到处都是蜘蛛网，浴缸和马桶座也不太好。这样的酒店不应该出现这种不干净的情况。餐厅的食物和服务还可以。管理层应该调查此事，并根据需要进行升级。
这家酒店有点旧，但今天它仍然可能是甘托克的第一名。非常漂亮的花园，非常适合放松。到目前为止，服务很好，服务员 Rajkishor 也很友善，他值得我们赞扬。
