We spent four wonderful nights at Elgin Pelling, and every moment was truly special. We absolutely loved the ambience—peaceful, elegant, and deeply calming. The staff was always warm, welcoming, and ready to help, and the manager was especially very helpful, making our stay even more comfortable. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, adding to the overall experience. We had stayed at their Darjeeling property earlier, and once again, Elgin did not disappoint. The view from my window was simply out of this world. It felt as though I was closer to heaven. Waking up to Kanchenjunga right outside my window was pure magic. I would highly recommend Elgin Pelling to anyone looking for a quiet, soulful vacation to truly calm the mind and reconnect with nature. Regards, Mr and Mrs Bhaduri Houston Texas

There’re is no fans in room it in jungle ( for test ) full of insect you cannot sleep in room in night they Dnt advice before we Dnt have fans in room all window broken to invite insect no doctor on call avail F n B manager is to stubborn first night he is not ready to serve vegan instead we advice in advance wastage of money if you book food is ok ok back side room like you are staying at Tecress pls Dnt stay at this hotel instead you better stay in monastery

Vegan food was served on the first day itself & your claim is absolutely unacceptable. Elgin brand is known for its services & its beautiful heritage properties at beautiful locations. Please don't give misleading feedback as all the other genuine feedbacks shared by the other guest speaks the truth. The hotel clearly informs at the time of check in only not to open the windows & insects might get inside because the hotel is on the hill top surrounded by green forest. Pelling is such a location that you don't need fan or AC. Infact your group was also seen wearing jackets during their stay. On request, fan was also provided in the rooms of your group members. We expect our guest to maintain a standard & we expect the same from your end too so request you not to write wrong thing about any property just to claim refund. Fantastic as always. This was my third time here and it was magical, yet again. Even without Mount Kanchenjunga revealing herself, it was well worth it. The lovely, peaceful ambience and views of the surrounding valley make this place special.

We were in Sikkim to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The ride to Pelling from Bagdogra was quite tiring due to the bad roads. But the moment we reached Elgin, all our woes vanished.. Right from the welcome drink to every moment during dining and the stay, the staff was warm, with excellent etiquette and paid attention to detail to make us comfortable. We woke up to the breathtaking view of Kanchenjunga right from our bed..watching it's changing hues as the sun rose. My husband and I are birders and the property was bustling with so many exotic species of Himalayan birds that we added atleast 20-30 new ones to our list. The property itself is so beautifully maintained with antique Royal Sikkim and English furniture and artifacts. The food was simple, comforting and delicious with a balanced combination of buffet cum made to order dishes. The nearby ancient Monastry and the Rabhdanse ruins further added to the enriching experience of history and culture. Overall, our stay at Elgin was a complete package of all one can wish for on a special vacation 💗

Vibe is good with the view of kanchanjangha mountain. Having very blissful view in the morning. Ambience of the property is good with proper cleanliness. Welcoming was heartwarming and staff is very polite, and supportive. Specially, Alies, Sukhanyma, Sital were very good and humble. Loved the services provided by them. Recommended for the visit.
