酒店周边是印度人聚居区，都在修车厂附近。OYO酒店是印度连锁品牌，我本以为能享受到统一的服务（就像日本的东横Inn或APA酒店一样，无论去哪里都能保持相同水准），但结果令人失望。
房间很旧。没有毛巾很不方便。淋浴虽然有热水，但花洒坏了。前台服务因人而异，最好不要抱太大期望。退房时等了很久，这点让人很不满意。
我预订时以为利雅得地铁蓝线开通后，这里会是步行可达的距离，但目前地铁站尚未开通，不坐公交车无法抵达（截至2024年12月28日）。
利雅得的酒店价格普遍上涨，这家酒店单人间属于最低价位，但大家预订前最好明白，便宜的价格往往意味着服务也会相应打折扣。
水不热，房间有异味，被子也脏，定了四天，第一天就想退，商家不给退，无奈换房间，也是如此。
这家酒店几乎要散架了，照片和实际情况完全不符，床单和床品质量非常差。
周边环境不太好。
