Every time I book I always request a pet friendly room on the main floor. I get the pet friendly but I don’t get the room on the main floor. I figured this is because they get to charge me additional costs for the dogs but not for the accessible room. I explain about mobility issues and this last stay at the Hotel I had to assertively make sure I was placed in a ground level room.

It is difficult to have a decent sleep at night.

Scary area. No security. Fights and noise all night. Homeless person sleeping 4-5 feet from the door of our room. Totally unacceptable
