I recently stayed at Country Inn in Bhiwadi, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. At check-in, there was no one at the reception. When the staff finally arrived, it seemed like he had just woken up, and he didn’t even switch on the lights. This gave a very unprofessional first impression. The overall cleanliness of the hotel needs significant improvement. Both the rooms and common areas were not well maintained, and even the staff uniforms looked untidy. The restaurant was also a disappointment. They did not offer any international food options, and when I requested a simple scrambled egg, the staff did not know what it was. With these issues, my stay was not comfortable. I hope management pays attention to these concerns so future guests have a much better experience.

Pleasant stay, but the surroundings were not good. The roads on both sides of the property were overflowing with drainage water. The food was excellent, but the service was slow.

There were multiple electricity outages (3–4 times during the stay), which caused considerable inconvenience. Additionally, the housekeeping and hotel staff were not prompt in their service. On several occasions, I had to call multiple times before receiving assistance, which was frustrating. The breakfast menu was quite limited and, more importantly, the food did not appear fresh. This significantly impacted the overall quality of the stay. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works on improving service responsiveness, food quality, and infrastructure reliability to enhance guest satisfaction.

have asked to reception that please change my room as they provided seprate bed but i need single bed queen size bed and they refuse to provide, even towels not present in washroom, breakfast is so poor. tea was very cold and required items are not present in food item area

Perfect , no complaints with hospitality,hygiene or food quality or anything, all was upto mark. Checkin and check out experience smooth. Reception lady was helpful ( Kanchan ) Overall the stay was nice ..☺️............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent stay. Would love to visit again. Special mention to Mr. manash for great service and hospitality. The breakfast was very good with ample number of options. Staff is very courteous and prompt. The hotel management has done a great job in providing a hassle free stay. Would highly recommend others also.

The food and the ambience is really great here. Manash is one of the polite and the finest support staff here. Go for it without any thinking, best in bhiwadi. Very central to all the industry hubs too so you don't need much time to reach here. Cool hotel to stay and relax
