The hotel was very busy on prior night and since hotel check in time is 3.00 pm and but then too we allowed you very early check in since we had 1 room available at that period of time.As per your complain immediately we sent maintenance man to fix the issue but unfortunately we had to order new flush tank which was not possible to change on the same day.Since we were sold out prior night of your arrival housekeeping was busy cleaning other rooms and as soon as your room type was cleaned we moved you to different room with free upgraded room at no extra charges. You have to understand as for all this process it takes some time .Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent any future occurrences. Here at Baymont Inn & Suites, we continuously strive to meet your needs and expectations.We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.Thank You !

评价过高的酒店
这家酒店在**********的评分是8.4,所以我想在出差回家的路上去试试。我们一进门就看到一堆自制的标牌,上面写着这家酒店是无烟酒店,标牌上还有*********的标志。然而,电梯和酒店的部分区域却弥漫着*********的烟味。房间里有按摩浴缸,这或许算得上是优点,但似乎维护得很差。酒店的其他部分似乎也维护得很差,包括电梯附近一大块墙壁受损。早餐时,我的商业伙伴发现半对半奶油凝结了,烤面包机也坏了。最后,我们在大堂坐着的时候,又发现了一个标牌,上面写着“大堂不宜睡觉。谢谢”。显然,这家酒店以前在对待客人方面存在一些问题,我对此深表同情。然而,我对这次入住体验感到失望,认为这家酒店的评分不应该超过8分。

这个地方脏乱差,令人作呕。早餐糟糕透了,咖啡冷冰冰的,饼干发霉了,用餐区也不干净。电梯后墙上沾着一大块干掉的鼻屎。太恶心了。淋浴间的角落里有霉菌,浴室地板黏糊糊的,窗户角落里还有蜘蛛网。房间基本干净,但真的需要彻底清洁,尤其是角落。整个地方看起来都需要认真彻底地擦洗、清洁、修补和粉刷。
早餐很多东西都缺货了,比如咖啡、果汁、鸡蛋、香肠和酸奶。那天鸡蛋和香肠都没了,但味道很差。房间清洁度和条件都很糟糕。我不会再住这家酒店了。
