酒店回复: Dear Chris,Thank you for choosing Baymont Inn by Wyndham you feedback is very important to us and we apologize as your expectation did not meet your standard.We are sorry and its very unfortunate that during your stay the toilet tank did not work properly. The hotel was very busy on prior night and since hotel check in time is 3.00 pm and but then too we allowed you very early check in since we had 1 room available at that period of time.As per your complain immediately we sent maintenance man to fix the issue but unfortunately we had to order new flush tank which was not possible to change on the same day.Since we were sold out prior night of your arrival housekeeping was busy cleaning other rooms and as soon as your room type was cleaned we moved you to different room with free upgraded room at no extra charges. You have to understand as for all this process it takes some time .Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent any future occurrences.
