The property was absolutely beautiful. Thanh & his family were very friendly and helpful..We were treated very well. We were taken around the local area & we were told about, & introduced to, the local way of life. We shared tea & met some amazing people. On this tour with Thanh we learnt so much about the life of farmers on the rice paddy's, & yes we did ask lots of questions & Thanh was a wealth of information. In the afternoon we went on a canoe ride to see monkeys. The whole experience at Ninh Binh Family Homestay was time spent with remarkable people.
Our Homestay was a 10 out of 10 from us.👍👍👍👍

We went to Ninh Binh Family Homestay to have lunch as we heard the food was organic and good. The meal that we had there was excellent. More importantly, we had a great friendly discussion with Thanh, the owner, and he arranged for a wonderful two days of sightseeing led by he and his brother. They showed the areas that tourist rarely see, the hidden sights of NInh Binh. I highly recommend the use of their good services.

We stayed here for one night and I wish we had been able to stay longer. Tang and his wife were super friendly and so helpful. We had a fabulous dinner here and somehow they found a bottle of cab sav for us. The location is away from the main sights but there are some wonderful caves close by and quieter and better than others. They will organise a driver or tours here also.

We had a lovely stay in this little paradise! The family did everything to make us feel home. The food was delicious and vegetarian friendly and the place was very well maintained! To top it all off: they have a very cute dog! ☺️

Super clean and beautiful place, with amazing Vietnamese restaurant - best place on our trip so far! Good for families, but also for couples. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts. Many activities, sights and landscapes to see around, the trip from Hanoi was totally worth it!!
地理位置绝佳，小木屋干净整洁，环境绿意盎然，主人非常友善。
我们预料到房间会比较简陋，但“简朴”不应该意味着“破旧”或“肮脏”。这是我们在越南住过的最糟糕的地方。
• 浴室及卫生：浴室老旧、生锈、发霉。淋浴喷头支架坏了，所以我洗澡时只能用手拿着。水龙头很紧，根本无法调节水温（要么烫得要命，要么温得像冰窖）。最糟糕的是，毛巾又薄又破，其中一条还有令人作呕的黄褐色污渍。
• 房间及隐私：窗帘毫无用处。白天不够薄，无法保护隐私（你必须开着灯拉上窗帘才能不被人看到），但早上又挡不住阳光。
• 冬季舒适度：房间没有暖气，这一点我们从描述中就知道了，但我们确实发现，在二月份的寒冷天气里，这间砖砌小屋潮湿阴冷，远谈不上舒适。
• 早餐：第一天是一块油腻腻、像橡胶一样的香蕉煎饼，外加一根香蕉（也是我们唯一能吃的东西），配上劣质的调味咖啡/茶。第二天至少还能吃，是两个煎蛋。
• 服务：在越南其他地方我们都感受到了热情好客，但在这里，服务态度却差强人意。
我们之所以留下来，是因为在宁平的时间有限，不想浪费一天时间搬家，但我们会永远记住这里是村里最糟糕的地方。千万别来。
崇高的地方，设备齐全，受到业主的热烈欢迎。我们在那里住了一晚，很遗憾没有住得更久。我们强烈建议您在这个处于众多活动中心的地方短暂停留。
