The hygiene of the room was average, full of dust. The room was very small and not cost-effective at all. It cost more than 4,000 RMB per night, but they provided nothing. When I called the front desk at 21:00 in the evening, no one answered, and I almost died of thirst. The sound insulation was terrible. They swiped my credit card for the deposit, which hasn't been refunded for a long time. When checking out, there was a莫名 (莫名其妙的) signed consumption of 480 GBP added out of nowhere. I said I hadn't made any signed consumption, and they finally dropped it. The breakfast service was good, but the breakfast itself was very simple. The experience was extremely poor, and I will definitely never go there again.
订的1.5的双床房，和小孩一起3个人住，房间干净整洁，也算宽敞。酒店离地铁稍微远一些，走路8分钟，酒店附近是富人土耳其人区的感觉，治安挺好，在市中心，离海德公园也8分钟路程，去景点游玩地铁也很方便。附近吃饭，主要是一些酒店里的高级餐厅，还有路边一些餐厅，还不错。酒店房价偏贵，但符合四星级的标准。
在这里度过了一个愉快的约会之夜。Annamarie非常有礼貌也很乐于助人，我们本来只订了大床房，她却免费给我们升级到了特大号床房！房间很棒也很现代。床很舒服，房间也很安静。美味的免费饼干和热巧克力也为我们的住宿增添了更多乐趣。
住过最差的酒店，设施差，服务差
写明3点入住，但是当天到4点才说有房间能入住，且在第一晚因为空调坏了并且房间里面的味道很难闻（不确定是否换了床单）要求换房间后前台甚至没有查任何的系统就说没有房间换了，且态度十分的恶劣且带着歧视的意味。甚至在携程平台介入后答应换房间后等我外出回来后前台继续变卦不给换房间并且宣称别的房间空调也是坏的所以没必要换。当天下午从4点入住沟通到晚上11点都还是无果。
本人应该留学多年语言能流利沟通都多次协商无果（前台有几个服务人员及其刻薄且说话带着歧视意味），如果是旅游没办法流利沟通的同胞不知道会被欺负到什么地步。
酒店所有员工服务都很好，很友善。地理位置优越，房间也很舒适。虽然有点旧，但还在可接受的范围内。
入口大堂很漂亮，很喜欢楼下酒吧The Pickled Hen的饮品。
房间的卫生很一般，全是尘土，房间很小，性价比不高，一晚上4000多人民币，什么都不提供，晚上21:00打前台服务都没有人接，差点渴死，隔音很差，担保金刷的信用卡，很久都退不回来。退房时还莫名其妙的多出来了签字消费480GBP，我说我没有任何签字消费，这才不了了之，早餐服务还不错，但是早餐很单一。体验感极差，绝对不会去第二次。

国外的酒店嘛，不能奢求太高
这个酒店的好处是地理位置还不错，离城市的核心区包括白金汉宫，海德公园等都非常近，海德公园主路可以走，白金汉宫愿意多走会儿，走个半个钟头左右也是可以走到的
房间比较小，但还算干净，整体的房间很绕，从电梯出来要找一会
服务还可以，但是早餐不好吃
就伦敦酒店的平均水准来说，这家还可以，但没法和欧洲以外的现代化城市酒店相比。
