Please note that we have exactly the same room next to staff storage on each floor (6 floors) and our avarage occupancy is 80%. This means that weekly arond 25 guests get the same room, of course from different nationalities without accusing our hotel to be discriminative. We also handle guests the same way in our outlets. 匈牙利旅行住的第二家酒店,订的露台房,两晚9千多的价格也是不菲,房间足够大,露台可以看风景,古典风格的装饰,使得有点陈旧感。酒店附近商业繁华,去商场超市很方便,距离主要景点距离稍远,都要走8-10分钟左右。
早餐地点就在纽约咖啡厅,但是会比咖啡厅的顾客低半层,而且偏角落。早餐是半自助➕热餐现点,选择性还是比较丰富的,还有酒店自制的果酱超好吃。缺点在于部分热餐做的好看不好吃,比如松饼又干又硬,咖啡烫得没法下嘴。
服务方面值得满分,下车就帮忙拿行李,欢迎甜品漂亮可爱,送了女儿特制的儿童动物门卡,还能带回去留念。找服务台订了老爷车观光300欧,1952的车开在路上超级帅,还准备了儿童座椅和零食点心,讲解也非常细致。最后退房还送了毛绒玩具。
整体很优秀的体验,硬件上略感不足以匹配价格,但服务上弥补了很多,给到住客很好的感受。
先说结论:请各位驴友避坑!!!!!
作为黑钻会员,住过全球各种超五星酒店,很诚实地告诫各位朋友绝对不要选这家酒店。我国庆住的756 带露台房间问题如下:
1. 房间真实情况比照片差很多,还小了大概10平
2. 空调温度不能调,冻死
3. 入住当晚我多次向前台反映问题并请求加送被子,前台连续答应了五次,但超过一个小时仍未落实,期间未有人上门处理。
4. 还敷衍:多次拨打 room service 电话后,对方不是表示“不知道情况”,就是称“刚上班”,完全没有及时处理。整段过程让我感到明显被敷衍,缺乏应有的服务态度
5. 最后不是客服出面调停 感觉都不会给我送过来,我还是英文完全没沟通问题 惹急了会讲道理甚至骂人的人。不会沟通的不得被气鼓坏了??!
6. 早餐连个omelette都不会做,两份全烧焦了
我基本上不写评价。这次真的是忍无可忍。希望能帮到大家。而且啥NY cafe啊!跟纽约能比吗 ***

早上9点到达没有提前给入住,去餐厅吃个早餐跟最美纽约咖啡馆相连,房间被子潮湿,一晚没睡好,
🏨酒店在布达佩斯的繁华地段,交通便利,出门即有地铁而且欧洲著名的大型超市Lidl就在旁边,周边也有许多美食值得打卡,
酒店很干净,员工服务态度非常好,住得很舒服。地理位置优越,房间也很漂亮,非常满意!
早餐特别好吃,环境也很棒,开启了美好的一天。强烈推荐。
酒店的工作人员非常友好专业 从在酒店门口下车到办理入住 再到退房寄取行李离开 所有服务礼貌又周到 酒店早餐比较丰富可以单独点餐 水果很好吃 房间面积在欧洲算很大了 卫生打扫干净即时 唯一不足之处是房间的淋浴设施相对陈旧 排水不太好
中国人快跑啊,我真服了,给我们安排一间临近两个staff room的尾房就算了。前台入住的时候很明显不耐烦,然后隔壁的白人老太在问前台问题的时候也是很不耐烦的。
最最重要的是一进来房间就看到上个客人的三个行李箱,入住30分钟后酒店人员来拿行李箱的时候,还是理直气壮的,真是气到爆炸。
携程客服蓝蓝前前后后打了三个小时电话,转接的时候老是被挂,一直在帮我们解决问题,结果酒店方就是给我们换了一个同等垃圾的房间,我们就没有去。可以说根本没有任何解决措施,从前台到服务生,我们一直在受气。
中国人看到这条,快跑啊!!!我们的钱捐给他们烧了
房间环境不错,早餐也不错,地理位置优越,出门就有换钱的便利店,超市也有好几个,餐厅更是很多。有点遗憾是我订房间的时候备注了不要尽头的房间,结果办理完入住找到房间发现是尽头的房间,真的无语。
