作为NH集团里的高端品牌,没有让人失望,酒店富丽堂皇,门口的门迎会主动帮忙搬运行李。房间很大,还给我们升级了了3人房。早餐丰盛,有自助区还有现点的热食。同时还有人现场演奏歌曲。
酒店员工态度很好,住得很愉快。酒店入口处是楼梯,提着沉重的行李爬上去有点吃力。我本来担心房间会因为电车的噪音而很吵,但晚上电车似乎不运行,所以睡得很好。不过,开关房门的声音还是挺大的。地理位置离旅游景点稍微有点远,但还算可以。因为街道人流量较少,晚上天黑后一个人走会有点紧张。洗漱用品是最基本的,但有很多免费零食和茶水,这份款待让人很开心。总之,早餐非常美味。
工作人员非常乐于助人,我需要的一切他们都帮忙解决了。
从酒店出发去市里各个地方都很方便。
酒店和房间看起来很经典,也很漂亮。
尽管酒店建筑和服务都还不错,但我们觉得性价比不高,房间小,设施也欠缺,这让我们挺失望的。我们入住时,他们说找不到我们通过Trip.com预订的付款记录,要求我们重新支付。入住几个小时后,我们被告知泳池和桑拿在我们住宿期间都将关闭。我们之所以愿意支付高价,就是因为看中了他们提供的泳池和其他设施。对于泳池和桑拿无法使用,酒店没有提供任何补偿,他们只是建议我们可以享受八折的SPA护理,但即便如此,我们仍然需要支付一大笔费用。我们觉得,鉴于设施的缺失,酒店应该退还我们一部分费用。
第二天退房时发现地上有未打扫的花生米,我本来想要叫客房部的人过来讨个说法,并不是要投诉,而是希望不要再发生在别的人身上了,被我朋友劝住了,但给我的体验很不好,后来换到别的5星酒店了,没有这样的情况发生!

携程卖得房型真的很小,窗户对着墙壁,感觉是酒店位置最差的那批房间,但价格也不便宜,建议还是找酒店官网看看;酒店除了大厅好看,房间真的很老旧很小(可能是定的房型太差了)
p.s.携程还弄错了我预定的房型,这对接真是差劲,后来住了一天才有空房间给换(但大床房和双人间几乎没有区别,双人间的床是拼在一起的)
酒店的地理位置很好,步行可到达火车站,汽车站,老城区!酒店的早餐也很不错,🈶️现做的早餐,还有香槟,用餐环境优美,还有现场音乐演奏,恒温泳池漂亮,床品不错,2米大床睡得很舒服;唯一缺点是房间有点小
