Disappointing as per club Mahindra standards. Cold staff with no resolutions to issues raised. This resort from the experience lowers the bar created by club Mahindra. We are a family of 6 with 2 room. Room toilet of 1030 is stinking of foul smell since time of check in but inspite of several complaints they couldn’t resolve the same or change the room. When heater was asked for in the night we were told that they are in short supply. After a threat of sharing the same on feed back we were provided a heater (it means that the resort is not equipped with enough heaters or the staff is merely lazy to serve). Being a member this review should be taken in the right spirit to improve the facilities. Just one or two spoons in our studio apartment. No glasses in the room or bathroom. After asking staff is saying they have to check if they have. Club Mahindra management should fix responsibility on the staff and hold the resort manager responsible for such lapses in customer experiences . We are travelling from Mumbai and may not come to this place again soon for the next 10 years but being part of the club Mahindra family we need to bring the issues to the management. The only cooperative staff we found till now was Longi in housekeeping who went out of his way to provide what he could. Travelling with family of 6 with kid’s in a resort we have membership of over a decade there is a minimum hospitality standard expected. Hope after this review the management takes a review of the resort management with surprise checks to sustain the club Mahindra image .

A perfect location surrounded by the serene beauty of the hills, making it a great place to relax, cozy atmosphere, feels welcoming .this club is a must visit place to relax,enjoy and soak in the hill station charm.

The stay at Club Mahindra lake view resort, Munnar was a comfortable and relaxed experience. We had a beautiful view right in front of our room. The front facing rooms can actually help you witness the sunrise! The hotel staff was extremely kind, helpful and friendly. Isha, Chithra, Abhishek , the food live counter staff everyone took good care of us and especially our kid. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable

While the staff at Club Mahindra Mount Serene were incredibly helpful and their service was excellent, the property itself is seriously showing its age and is in dire need of an upgrade. The resort feels quite old, and we were particularly disappointed with the ground floor rooms. They offer absolutely no views, which is a real shame given the scenic surroundings Munnar is known for. Amenities are very limited – there's no swimming pool, no gym, and hardly any activities on-site to keep guests engaged. For basic amenities, we had to travel about 2 kilometers to another Club Mahindra property, and the road to get there was quite poor, making it an inconvenient and uncomfortable trip. In summary, the dedicated and helpful staff truly made our stay bearable with their excellent service. However, the property itself falls short. Club Mahindra Mount Serene has great potential, but it desperately needs a significant renovation and a serious boost in on-site amenities to match the expectations of a Club Mahindra property.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Club Mahindra Mount Serene. To start with, the chef in the breakfast area was making egg toast and dosa on the same tava without any hygiene separation. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially when my mother is a pure vegetarian. There was no consideration for dietary or religious sensitivities. The in-room dining service is another disaster. You have to call 15-20 times before someone answers, and even then, they often don’t follow through. You’re left hanging for hours, not knowing if your food is even coming. And when it finally does arrive, the order is incomplete almost every single time. No apologies, no follow-up, no accountability. The service overall is disorganized, inattentive, and far below what one expects from a Club Mahindra property. Definitely not worth the money or the stress. I won’t be recommending this to anyone.

Had an amazing time at Mount serene, the breakfast is awesome amidst the misty back drop of teakwood and eucalyptus forest, there are some lovely views while going downhill. It's a great place for a walk and trekking enthusiasts. The air is clean and medicinal in nature. I would highly recommend for a calm and zen like stay. Those food and service both are good.

Irshad is one of the nicest staff I’ve ever met the rooms are clean and the food is quite exquisite and most of the staff are very kind the view is beautiful and the pillows are very soft the mornings are very misty and cold with cute and curious monkeys all around the premises
