第二次入住该酒店了，交通便利，到壁画街，夜市步行就可，前台服务生都会讲中文，沟通交流没障碍，推荐！
全五分，给前台小哥哥点赞。在JEN酒店和温宝利两者之间犹豫很久。最后选择温宝利因为看点评可以提早入住，这点太吸引我了。中文友好，前台可以中文交流。虽然春节期间房间非常紧张，但是酒店还是让我提早了不少时间入住。正好争取三小时睡眠时间避开最热时段。让我第一天行程丰富且充满精力。温宝利和JEN就隔一条马路，楼层更高，视野开阔。去壁画街，姓氏桥都是七八百米距离。周围购物和美食广场很多。酒店本身保养还可以，隔音也还行。唯一槽点：两大一小，需要加床被子，结果送来毛毯，盖毛毯真是需要很大勇气。
从机场做401E可直达酒店komtar站下车约40分钟，离komtar200米，离壁画街远太热很难步行。酒店在槟城算大但设施很旧，一楼有自助餐厅很一般，11楼泳池还可以，按摩店是第三方的。隔音挺差的。前台有好几位可以说中文
房间和床品卫生干净，房间也大，离乔治城也不远，出门右手有美凤茶室，晚上有热炒，对面avenue负一楼有餐厅，下大雨也有地方吃饭，对面光大，有时间可以登顶，房间需要打扫亮灯就可以。毛巾有少许污渍。过年还送了点心和桔子，讨个好彩头，能看到乔治城的烟花🎆。早餐可以在 30 楼或一楼，一楼更丰盛，30楼人少，菜品的口味有待改进，性价比不错
酒店位置特别好 离很多地方都可以步行前往或者打车也就十几块不到，旁边有商场霸王茶姬 还有便利店711，边上还有一个美食摊位吃的还可以～每天下午我和我朋友就会去泳池旁边躺着 特别适合放空思绪～早餐还可以 每天的都不重样
酒店在商业中心附近，出行方便，酒店有一定年份，走廊地毯有点旧日，但房间比坡整洁，保持星级酒店的水平，到酒店后13:00就可提早办理入住，早餐丰富，值得推荐入住。
地理位置很好，对面光大可以坐cat，楼下2分钟有711，3分钟到三条路夜市，离壁画街步行15分钟。可以直接在房间看日出，服务设施都很好，酒店走廊可以装水。就是浴室比较滑，最好自带拖鞋
早餐不错，地处市中心去哪里都是方便的，酒店提供净水机接水，感觉枕头不太行，有点太高了，睡醒了不舒服建议调整。
很好很卫生，环境很好，泳池很干净，早餐种类丰富，前台态度好，地理位置非常好，服务一流，算是比较好的一个酒店
酒店位置不错，在乔治城，到各个景点都很近，整体还是很不错的，附近也有好几个夜市，吃的玩的都挺多的，距离机场半小时路程，还不错。
