朋友飞约旦,住机场附近,我一个人预订了这家酒店,住了二晚,这个酒店都是外国人,我是唯一的中国人,这样反而挺自在,入住等待期间让我去吃午餐,房间大干净,酒店娱乐活动丰富,一日三餐花样翻新,管饱,酒店退房,前一天就会确定退房的时间,行李员会提前过来取行李,唯一的不足就是离市中心远,在一个度假村里,司机会加价,沟通半天还是要加价5美金,进了酒店就甭想出去了,外面啥也没有,一片沙漠,叫个车也费劲,无人接单,用indrive 司机要求加价。非常适合躺平,特别推荐芒果汁,入住期间吃了6杯。
酒店空调巨响!根本睡不着!不是因为这个原因我挺推荐这家酒店的
三餐自助,还不错,挺好吃的,适合吃一天,吃多了不行
住房服务不太积极,不过这里没有要小费习惯,可能也不会过度服务,在埃及这样的“边界感”挺好的,没压力
酒店都是白人,没看到亚洲脸
避雷避雷!
首先,从刚刚入住这个酒店开始,就没有什么欢迎仪式,比如香槟,而是让我们呆呆地坐在沙发上等,也没有人来招待,服务员一脸冷漠。一个白人去问他时,他就在那里笑着热情招呼,明显的歧视让我感到震惊,不明白这个国家的人怎么能如此轻易地歧视他人。
然后,前台带我们去房间,路上几乎什么也没说,也没有介绍,只有当我们主动询问时,才说了一点点信息。。我的房间一晚上接近500美元,是该酒店最豪华的房间,但我受到的待遇非常差。工作人员指着一个餐厅,告诉我们早中晚都可以在那用餐,但实际上这个酒店还有三个餐厅,他根本不提及。酒店有什么活动,周边设施也一概不说。当我们询问是否还有其他要介绍的内容时,他仅仅演示了一下保险箱的使用方法,这根本是无关紧要的内容!重要的信息完全没有传达。
再谈谈房间的打扫。由于我本人喜欢喝饮料,基本上迷你吧里的饮料会喝掉大半。我住了三晚,两次打扫卫生时,迷你吧都没有补满,只补了一半!作为一家500美金一晚的酒店,你连饮料都舍不得提供吗?而且打扫卫生也非常不仔细,餐巾纸等物品都没有补齐。
唯一的一次服务是送一顿早餐到房间,一方面迟到,另一方面我还得主动打电话询问。送餐的三位工作人员都是一脸冷漠,完全没有情绪价值。每一次的礼貌和微笑只换来了冷漠的脸孔,只有餐厅的几位服务员相对比较有礼貌。
这个酒店离沙滩很远,要走大约10分钟。刚入住的第一天我不知道怎么走,就去问前台有没有接驳车之类的。前台的态度实在太差,竟然说“这不是两分钟就能走到吗?”真是无语。
酒店离市区很远,因为酒店园区的出海项目非常贵,所以想要去玩项目需要打车,接近40分钟。
还有很恶心的事情,酒店园区内的药房故意打错数量和单价,差点让我多花了100多美元,还好我检查了一下!
千万别住!!!!
房间比较老旧 但是是干净的 很温馨 有的服务员很好 有的不知道是交流有口音问题 我听不懂 有时候对我们不是特别友好 总体来说不错 有游泳池有表演 我记得大堂里有个服务员小姑娘和主餐厅的年纪比较轻的小伙子服务态度特别好 bar 那边有个胖胖的高高的小伙子服务也很好 海边有点距离 你只能在这个酒店的海滩躺下 我不明白app上写的餐厅都可以选择 为什么变成只能在酒店这个餐厅了 餐食午餐最好吃 😂
酒店离海滩有几分钟距离,但离spa的地方很近.安利酒店的意大利餐厅.非常好吃!而且酒店含三餐,晚上酒吧的鸡尾酒也是免费畅饮!住在这里度假实在不要太舒服.
埃及整体酒店建设都是偏老的,酒店离沙滩走路5-6分钟,饭菜不要有也特别预期,热菜基本都是烤肉和蔬菜乱炖为主,早餐也没有国内那么多选择。在理解以上之后,酒店已经代表埃及一线水准了,但不要和国内比。
这家酒店达到五星级豪华酒店的标准。它比宣传资料和照片上看起来更令人印象深刻。虽然离海边有5分钟的步行路程,但这条路走起来非常惬意。员工们都非常尊重客人且勤奋。住客的平均年龄偏高。一定要带上浮潜设备,因为离岸不远就有珊瑚礁和种类繁多的鱼群。
房间没有浴缸,携程已经确认了。进酒店后,不要因为是有人帮助checkin,告诉你房间要等就不停的等。我们五点到还说房间没有好。酒店泳池太阳下山就关,比下班时间还要早。
酒店有一次免费意大利餐厅的offer,但是要提前。所以只住一天的话基本上享受不到,当然住两天也不一定约的到。
酒店全包三餐,表扬三餐都很赞,还有酒提供。酒店其实很大,从泳池后面穿过去就是bluemakadi hotel,每晚有泳池表演。酒店进门处的bar晚十二点前免费,但是说没有冰块,所以鸡尾酒就不要点了。乒乓球,网球,桌球都有,泡一两天OK。酒店走到沙滩十分钟,一直穿过去,不用走出门。
酒店没电梯,一定让服务员帮你提行李,特别是行李很重的情况下。
很棒的酒店,强烈推荐给所有人——我们肯定还会再来的。
