我预订了房间，我的家人来自外州，需要我支付房费。前台的女士根本不配合我，说他们必须到场才能付款，打电话付款不行。结果我和我的家人都没地方住。客户服务太差劲了。
我们醒来时发现酒店天花板漏水。天花板漏水那么多，我们以为是淋浴开了……地板湿透了，漏水的地方看起来像是之前用胶带修补过的，但显然没用。而且门缝里也漏水。我们跟前台沟通过，但他们什么也没做。我们取消了剩下的几晚的预订，到现在还没拿到退款。不推荐这家酒店，而且我估计以后也不会再住这家酒店了。
酒店状况良好，看起来比同一连锁酒店的其他酒店新。家庭旅行。过夜。房间和浴室又大又干净。舒适的床。早餐品种丰富，味道鲜美。它位于拉斯维加斯的入口处，同一条街上有一个 IHop。有很多停车位。
这不是最好的体验
他们每三天打扫一次房间，浴帘杆是坏的，窗帘不停地停，所以整个浴室地板都湿了，水压也很低，我要求他们修好并打扫地板，但他们没有t，房间入口处的灯被烧坏了
早餐很好，主人在提供食物方面做得非常好。房间很干净，冰箱和微波炉运行良好。电视服务有很多频道。老板/经理很友善，乐于助人。
就酒店水准而言，他们做得很好。
