Building 4 was beautifully renovated last year & our one bedroom unit was perfect for the two of us for a week. Close access to I-95 was convenient because downtown St Augustine & beaches were all a 30 minute drive. Appreciated the large zero entry pool being heated, huge hot tub, recreational amenities (ping pong, pool, shuffle board, fire pit). Employees were up early doing landscaping & cleaning the grills. Every employee encountered was friendly and helpful. Many affordable golf options nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Make sure that if you are staying at the Grande Villas, bring slippers. The floors are filthy. I do not believe that they mop the floors in living area, kitchen and bathroom and sweep the bedroom. I had a pair of white socks and they were completely black on the bottom after only 1 day.

Just an average resort. The staff was great. The unit was average at best. The dishwasher was terrible. Did not clean half the dishes and was very noisy when filling up. The windows were so dirty with green mold, you could not see out of them. The shower curtain was too short, and water was on the floor everyday. The pool was fine, the rest of the unit was dated but acceptable. The area was nice, and close enough to St. Augustine for a short trip. If you golf, that probably was the best trait.

Beautiful resort in a gorgeous area/ city with lots to do and several gorgeous beaches nearby. Golf is great and on property. Also, lots of other golf nearby for choices… Love St Augustine and the World Golf Resort!!!

The property has been recently purchased by Hilton and there was some confusion at the front desk regarding the availability of my room. This is a time share place and they weren't used to doing one night stays. The room I reserved was not ready and they could not give me an estimate of how long. Anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours!? I asked for a supervisor and they were finally able to get me into another unit. The agents themselves were outstanding and the manager, Brett, took it upon himself to make sure to get a room ASAP. The issue was the recent changeover from one system to another and to compound things, this is the beginning of the heavy visitation season in Florida.

Unit was in good working order and up-to-date. Loved the large swimming pool and Hot tub. Easy access off of I95. Excellent place for golfing if you’re a golfer. Restaurants on site.

The pool was good , but the whole 6 days not a good night sleep do to noises from other rooms , always loud .

We felt very safe during our stay. It was very nice that someone was always present at the front gate to monitor who entered the property. The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would not be interested in a time share but would stay as a hotel guest if available.

You will be charged extra fee for everyday you are staying in the resort. Totally uncalled for because the activities were not what we wanted to use.
