Hotel rooms are very clean and spacious. The food was very delicious. Room service was also very good. The location of the hotel is very good, it is near Vijay Nagar where you can get all types of restaurants and pubs. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel

The Best Western Plus is strategically located near Vijay Nagar square. The staff is friendly and helpful at any given time. We stayed for 3 days from Jan 29-31 as part of GTG of officers of BARC/ DAE who had joined the department in 1985. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is awesome. Special thanks to Mr Manvendra Dubey who was involved with booking since we planned our GTG and making other arrangements for a great evening on 31st. An overall great experience.

Housekeeping guy was not maintaining hygiene. I've seen they are using bathroom water for cleaning drinking glass and wipe off with bath towels When I had asked he said sir yaha to aise he hota ... I mean seriously I was surprised and never used the glass of water again for drinking . Rest food was good Little more improvement required in food taste. Food - 3/5 Staff - 3.5/5 Housekeeping Guy - 1/5 Room service - 2/5 Hotel 3/5 Location - 4/5

The floor was sold for a marriage function and they were making such a noise through DJ and shouting till midnight 12:00 AM that I could not sleep properly. Called reception to fix this. Did not happen. Finally I had to get out of my bed in the midnight and reach reception and stay there for 15 minutes before any action could be taken by hotel staff and management.

The reception and inform.dinning Team have Nexus. They are not bothered what u what to order. Order is not taken properly They argue with customer instead of resolving issue. Hopeless people u do not care customers. Provide u with wrong email.id if u want tocomplaint. Worst experience
