酒店不在岛上,但朴茨茅斯本身很小,所以进岛也挺方便。房间设施标准万豪水平,中规中矩,不过浴缸还不错。周围有购物中心,中西餐都有。前台服务态度很好。
之前看到评论说要收押金,这次入住反正没有收。wifi连接代码也可以和前台要,似乎不用额外交钱。
这个酒店非常不错,各方面都比较满意,房间比较大,而且离海边很近,可以区看看沙滩,附近也有中餐,湘菜,味道不错
房间很大,很舒服,离市区很近,万豪旗下的服务还是有保障的,住店前要付50的押金,退款比较慢,早餐很标准,没有免费的Wi-Fi。
酒店很好,房间也很宽敞。唯一美中不足的是它离朴茨茅斯市中心有点远,所以去哪儿都得打优步。停车费两天10英镑,不算贵,但要是能包含在房费里就更好了。
这家酒店应该是朴茨茅斯最好的选择之一。距离市中心大约十多分钟车程,打Uber大概10镑左右。酒店环境非常好,卫生也做得很到位,早餐虽然中规中矩,但服务人员非常亲切友好,体现了万豪品牌的一贯水准。唯一的小小遗憾是房间里挂着一幅画——青蛙王子穿着西装的形象,半夜看起来有点吓人。建议酒店在装饰上稍作调整。
我本来就定了三天、结果住下感觉很不错,又续住了,在这里慢下来,酒店隔壁就是大超市和商场,还有餐厅,不开车都很方便,而且是高速路口、开车下来就到了、去哪里都很方便,如果你是来附近旅游强推👍停车免费哦、空位置很多
酒店很棒,但就这个品牌而言,员工服务太差了。我们寻求帮助或服务两三次,每次前台都记录下来了,但从来没有采取任何行动。他们本可以做得更好!
我们最近入住了朴茨茅斯万豪酒店。虽然房间宽敞舒适,但之后发生的事情却让人非常不快。
在我们入住期间,我们宝宝的一些餐具从房间里被偷走了,这些餐具是我们特意为婴儿带来的。我们向酒店报告了三次,但没有一次得到任何跟进。没有更新,没有回应,什么都没有。
最后,在退房时我们再次提醒他们,结果他们说会记录我们的信息并稍后联系我们。不出所料,我们再也没有收到任何消息。
最令人失望的不是被盗的物品——尽管这本身就令人无法接受,而是酒店员工完全缺乏礼貌、同情心和责任感。对于一家冠以万豪之名的酒店来说,这真是一次严重的失望。
距离海边景点需要开车或者Uber, 适合商务出差。 环境设施OK,但是入住收了50英镑押金,至今没有退还……早餐极简, 非常一般
