The room was clean, and the hotel is amazing and historic. The Thanksgiving buffet and tree lighting were so fun! The mattresses and pillows in our double queen room were a little soft for our comfort.

I STRONGLY object to having to pay $25 to check in 50 minutes early to a room which is already sitting there, ready for occupancy. a flagrant money-grab.
the mattress was soft and plush but the bed WIGGLED SO BADLY we woke each other constantly with any little movement

Beautiful hotel with very clean rooms. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and so kind. The history in this hotel is amazing! The only recommendation I have is the food needs to be better to match this type of hotel.

Yes, the room was in good condition, but it was NOT the room i requested 120 days prior, no happy about that. The front desk needs to listen better and also read the "special requests" and respond as opposed to brushing it off with no importance at all
