It was my son's birthday and we decided to take a short trip from home (2 hours) and we chose to stay here. Absolutely loved it! Very clean, very quiet and staff were excellent. My son loved the sofa bed option! He loved the room and didn't want to leave. Very nice hotel!

Nice property with a luxery feel. The bar offered menu items if you didn't want to leave. Everyone was very friendly.

This was an exceptional hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay. The professional and courteous staff is what stood out most. It's definitely going to be a go to place to stay whenever we are in Hot Springs.

插头坏了，USB充电接口可用，但无法使用。我们在车里给智能手表充电。咖啡机坏了，无法使用，前台派人帮我们更换了。电视一直播放万豪酒店的广告，遥控器上的其他控制键都坏了，不得不再次打电话给前台来修电视。我们在这家酒店住了两晚，还看到了两只蟑螂。
