This was an exceptional hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay. The professional and courteous staff is what stood out most. It's definitely going to be a go to place to stay whenever we are in Hot Springs.

Typical Marriott Courtyard property. What stood out was the staff. Team member that checked us in was awesome! Rest of the staff very professional and friendly. Property was very clean. Parking was open but all the "Park at your own risk" signs was unnerving as was the lack of security cameras sufficient to cover the parking areas.

We liked that it was very quiet and organized. The entire facility was clean. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially one young lady who gave us excellent tips and tricks for stuff to see in town.

插头坏了，USB充电接口可用，但无法使用。我们在车里给智能手表充电。咖啡机坏了，无法使用，前台派人帮我们更换了。电视一直播放万豪酒店的广告，遥控器上的其他控制键都坏了，不得不再次打电话给前台来修电视。我们在这家酒店住了两晚，还看到了两只蟑螂。
Tanya 不喜欢我通过 ******* 预订，并声称我不会获得积分等等……然后当我要求一瓶水时，她却说只有通过该网站预订的会员才能得到一瓶水。她极其傲慢，对待我就像我从未旅行过一样。当我走向房间时，我注意到一个漂亮的水罐，她应该只是说他们在拐角处有免费的水。而不是试图让我因为通过第三方预订而感到内疚。
