Stayed a night to visit my daughter going to UF. Needed a room with a kitchen and utensils, plates. This worked for us.

我们住的房间有两张大床。其中一张床的床单上有棕色斑点。房间很整洁。尽管我们要求前台在第二天换上新床单，但当我们遇到客房服务时，他们却不知道这件事。不过，客房服务非常好，打扫了房间。

我们在早餐结束前 20 分钟去吃早餐。没有热早餐。燕麦粥从来没有做好。只有一个盘子。他们有麦片和牛奶，但没有勺子。当我们问前台时，他们说他们供应不足。
房间和图片不一样。它有一把椅子和脚凳。没有桌子。它有一张边缘破损的厨房桌子。没有沙发，没有桌子。
这家酒店需要彻底消毒，家具也需要升级。这是一次非常令人失望和不愉快的住宿，这对万豪来说非常不寻常。酒店出现了断水问题，员工处理情况非常不专业。一位接待员在我询问水况之前就挂断了电话。
