Apparently, the other hotels were in pretty bad shape - the room’s awful based on my other family members stay over the weekend. I’m so glad that we went with Hampton. We always have a good experience, and this one was not any different.

I think that you should offer a little more meat for breakfast not sausage and gravy not everybody likes that

Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and odor free. Breakfast in the morning was on-time. Will stay here again.

Dirty dining area and breakfast crew is understaffed and couldn't handle breakfast area. Front desk people are poorly trained in customer service. You're lucky to get a smile, greeting, or any basic gesture of customer courtesy. Don't let them put you in room 129. It shares a wall with the mechanical room. After dealing with the front desk and escalating my complaint to corporate level, it is clear that the laissez-faire approach to guest service, dismissive responses to complaints, and general lack of integrity isn't unique to the Hampton Inn Beeville. It's part of the corporate culture of Hilton Hotels.

The best staff!! This hotel goes above and beyond for the customers. They are friendly and so very helpful. Very clean. The coffee is good. Breakfast is spectacular. They staff do their best to make sure staff are comfortable. Good parking.
