The biggest issue was the bed. It was like sleeping on the ground- extremely hard and lumpy. Hampton is our go to when we stay out of town, but we were disappointed in this stay.

Our room had a AC dripping sound that went on all night. We got up trying to figure out how to make it stop. No luck. My hubby didn’t sleep at all. I let the lady at the front desk know so they can fix it before the next guests but not sure she heard me or maybe not know how to respond. Had great stays there in the past.

When you have a third party booking and it says “what you pay” or “actual price”you need to mention it’s 25 dollars a day for parking. You can park on the street in front of hotel for free.

I like the proximity to my favorite beach areas. Friendly staff made it easy to extend my stay one day. I will be making future stays here.

The hotel was nice. Our room was clean but, the air quality was not good. I woke up with a cough the next morning of our arrival. The AC control pad said the air filter needed changing. Most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I just came across one person who was rude at the desk when we first arrived. The breakfast was good. The was a good variety of hot and cold options. The pool was a salt pool and was nice. I liked that the water was warm. Overall, the location of the hotel is great. It's close to the beach and dining/shopping areas. I just don't think I'd stay at this location again.

I was here for a 3 day weekend stay for a wedding. The location is unbeatable. Just a short walk to the beach and on your way I guarantee you will find something to eat or something to buy or something to look at. The breakfast in the morning was very very good. Whenever I needed to go to the front desk whoever was working was always cheerful, helpful and inviting. The price was perfect, the front patio is full of rocking chairs if you don't want to go anywhere and just wanna sit outside and watch traffic and people go bye. It felt like home. I can't say enough about this place and I've been to a lot of hotels. If you're going to New Smyrna Beach I would say this is your spot. I will definitely go back. And while your there check out the awesome Banyan tree directly across the street and in the morning the roosters are walking all over the place over there it's quite amazing.
