The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast had a variety of food and all the staff was very nice and friendly!

The staff member who checked me in was rude..But the staff member who checked me out, Brian, was nice. The room was clean and modern.

When we entered the room, we noticed that it was a bit rundown. The carpet was buckling with folds, which were very dangerous. I was afraid that I was going to fall on them. Then we realize that the head of the bed was lower than the foot of the bed. So after an exhausting day of traveling, my husband and I had to pack all of our stuff up and move to another room. We were given a suite which was lovely but it was very inconvenient to have to move in the first place. I don’t understand how that bed and room were made up and approved for the next guest. We are 63 and 64 years old. We did not appreciate having to move our stuff to another room at 9:30 at night.

Too much noise coming from the room above mine. Sounded like they were playing soccer or wrestling or something. The bam and thump sounds...ALL NITE LONG until i checked out that morning. I did NOT get a good sleep and i told the desk person. She thought the room above mine was young people.

Everything was great! The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was great!
