Asked for an accessible room and got a room where the bed was barely off of the floor. No roll in shower and no solutions.

We came for an event and the hotel was located right where we needed to be. Room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Plenty of parking and may great restaurants near by. Would stay again.

Hampton in Columbia Maryland
How do I not get the room I booked and paid for in advance? Supposed to be a king bed but they said it was sold out. Gave us 2 queens.

Horrible service.
The front desk receptionist was rude, and unwelcoming. The room I booked was no longer available and the hotel was sold out. After a 15 hour drive and arriving at midnight (which was stated in the initial booking). Very disappointed that a Hilton honors member was treated this way!

Very clean, nice hotel. Dining within walking, and a lot with a short drive. Very good breakfast, well stocked. Comfortable. Quite.
