The outdoor seating area was marvelous. They were hosting 2-3 large events, the parking lots were overflowing in front but there was disabled parking close enough at a back door. Despite the large parties it was quiet and nice. The parties were held on the opposite side of the hotel. I was impressed.

Facility was very nice, we loved the patio area and fire pits. But the beds are TERRIBLE. They are very hard, both my husband and I woke up with sore backs both mornings we stayed there. Also, our thermostat would not go lower than 70 degrees, although we tried to set it lower while we were sleeping. It was not hot outside while we stayed, either, so I know that was not a factor.

Area safe. Quiet, didnt have any noise issues. Our room wasnt cleaned well. There was a wad of hair on top of the shower drain when we arrived. The fitted sheets were too small for the bed and kept riding up. A piece of tile was coming up in the bathroom and it looked like dark mold growing under it. The hot tub was under maintenence. and had apparently been so for a while now.. Carpet was coming up in the elevators. You have to pay for breakfast, which is super lame. Staff was friendly, had no issues there.

The room was small for a Hilton property, it took forever to get hot water to the shower, and they did NOT include breakfast with our stay. We could, however, pay an additional $28.00 for a buffet.

The room was just OK. I guess the thing that bothered me the most was the elevator sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t the front fireplace sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t the hot tub was down and they said it had been down for a long time the owners of this hotel do not care about maintenance. The staff seemed great but I would not stay here again.
