My team immediately assisted you as soon as you reported that the hair dryer was not working and did show you how to open the toiletries bottle which it has a little screw cap. In terms of the accommodation service charge, this is a professional practise that most of the 5 star London hotels are applying now. It is a discretionary charge and it goes entirely to the staff. This service charge is based on the service that we provide and it can be removed upon departure in case you we didn't provide the service that you are expecting from a 5 star hotel. 非常满意的一次入住，工作人员🔥情周到，前台每天会帮忙寄存钥匙，担心客人弄丢了，房间每天打扫干净整洁，床铺和枕头非常舒服，楼下餐厅还不错，酒店门口就是巴士站和地铁站，超级方便，玖红拖鞋爱了，要是来伦敦一定会再次入住。
早餐很好吃，床品适适。
愉快的住宿，干净又舒适。
第一次前台给我们尝试的那个房间非常好，第二次房间就比较小，但是整体是比较满意的
优点是离地铁站近，基本出站马路对面就是。房间小，考虑到地点，倒是可以接受。但是设施一般，吹风机坏的，浴液的瓶子打不开，我不得不跑了两趟前台处理这事。离开的时候，前台问我要不要给9.8镑的小费，第一次被酒店前台要小费，而且是当面要的，我不好意思，给了。但是心里很不舒服，因为房费里应该包括了服务，凭什么再给小费？从前住店，最多给行李员小费，从没被前台要过。还重复收取了房费，被我发现了，他们说没收到平台给的房费。没收到房费怎么有我的入住信息？好在联系携程了之后，携程把我之前预付的房费退给我了。但是大家一定要小心。
交通方便，离市区很近！
很棒的酒店。工作人员非常乐于助人，也很友好。位置极佳，就在南肯辛顿地铁站旁边。房间大小合适，装修也很棒！浴室宽敞干净。床和枕头超级舒服。唯一的小缺点是我丈夫的早餐订单弄丢了，这意味着我们没能一起吃，因为我的早餐会凉掉。
不过，我肯定会再次入住。

很棒的酒店。地理位置优越，毗邻地铁，附近有商店和餐馆。房间虽小但足够用，装饰精美，床单和毛巾质量很好。欢迎一瓶香槟。一楼有可爱的客厅，您可以在那里享用饮料或茶。
我唯一的观察是在浴缸内外放置安全杆，因为很容易掉落。
