It will complement our existing à la carte service and bring even more choice and flexibility to what is already one of the most praised parts of our offering—so do watch this space! Regarding the service charge, we would like to reassure you that this is standard practice across many London hotels, even when breakfast is included in the rate. However, it is completely discretionary and can always be removed on request, no questions asked. 酒店地理位置很好 步行就是自然博物馆 IC UCM 艾伯特纪念碑等等 距离地铁站差不多一公里吧 但很好找 一路还可以感受英伦风 那个红楼是酒店后面的学生宿舍

经典老伦敦酒店
一家经典老派伦敦酒店。服务和餐厅都很棒。然而，酒店和房间都需要翻新。有些房间已经破旧不堪，功能不全。我房间里的床很短，身高1.86米的我几乎放不下我的脚。
工作人员非常乐于助人，礼宾部乔治非常出色，他帮我们在最后一刻预订了一家没有餐厅就无法进入的餐厅，还帮我们找到了一辆可以容纳我们和所有行李的出租车送我们去机场。早餐很棒，很抱歉我们无法评价晚餐，因为我相信它同样很棒！
很棒的传统风格酒店，员工非常友好热情。虽然这并非我们通常的酒店风格/设计，但如果您想要典型的英式体验，这里绝对不错。
早餐很棒（包含在房费内），选择丰富，而且全程供应，没有自助餐……这是一个不错的改变，但一旦人流增加，咖啡供应就会变慢，等了20分钟才有，之后还要支付免费早餐的服务费——这本来是一次美好的住宿体验中的一个小小瑕疵。
非常喜欢我们在戈尔酒店的住宿体验！由于航班延误，我们到酒店晚了，不得不赶紧换衣服，然后赶去开会。前台热情周到，办理入住手续效率很高。
员工热情周到，服务也堪称五星级，早餐更是不容错过！
最初预订戈尔酒店时，我因为褒贬不一的评价而犹豫不决，但说实话，这次住宿体验非常棒。酒店环境安静，却又充满魅力和特色。有些评论说酒店有些老旧——请记住，这在意料之中，毕竟这是一家历史悠久的酒店，而这正是入住这种独特的维多利亚风格酒店的魅力所在。所有古董家具都很干净，我很喜欢传统的浴室水槽等等。我感觉自己仿佛回到了19世纪50年代的万国博览会时代 :) 我能想象到酒店在节日期间的装饰有多么美丽！
我男朋友在帝国理工学院开会，所以这里地理位置绝佳，步行即可到达海德公园和切尔西街区，而且公共交通也很方便。天气很好，我们可以穿过公园直接步行到梅菲尔区。
我们一定会再来这里住，希望很快就能再来！
