Our 4-day family weekend at WelcomHeritage Ashdale was exceptional. The property is amazing, perfectly located, and the entire staff was warm, courteous, and welcoming. Manager Mr. Ranjeet was outstanding and exceptionally helpful. He flawlessly managed our entire stay, ensuring we were personally taken care of from start to finish. A special note of thanks to Mr. Mohan at the restaurant. He is polite, welcoming, and made our food experience seamless and perfectly managed.

Beautiful property, lush green.. Amazing hospitality.. we stayed in the cottage and the outside view with fire place was amazing.. we needed some medicines in the middle of the night, they actually arranged it. Mr Mohan is very polite and helpful, his hospitality was top notch during breakfast and dinner.

We received a warm and professional greeting on arrival. Our second floor room was perfect, clean and a very comfortable bed. The food very good and breakfast was freshly prepared to our British liking. It was a pleasure to meet the charming owner Rani Reema Kumari and have a short chat , as well as the friendly and attentive staff.

Staff are good specially mohan ji and ramesh ji GM of the hotel was not warm Buffet variety was disappointing Forced to pay for gala dinner on 30th december that did not have any starters no beverages included either For 31st new years eve diner again buffet was not the best what was worst is the alcohol served was of the most inferior brands but we were forced to pay a big amount We did not eat well we dis not have their drinks at all And they have this luck draw box you pay rs 300 and get a gift of rs 10 what a scam that was really I was very disappointed☹️

It was simply the best stay we have had in and around Nainital. A whole week went by in a heartbeat due to the warmth of the property and its people- special thanks to Ranjit Ji, Umesh Ji, Ramesh ji, Mohan ji, Chef Soban and GM Surender and the entire team- thanks for making this not just a memorable stay but a home away from home! The owner of this heritage property, Rani Reena Kumari Ji of Sahapur-Bilari has transformed this 160+ year old family home into a beautiful heritage property, allowing guests a peek into the royal family’s rich history since the early 20th century. She was very kind and engaging with the guests, telling many of her life’s stories, especially how she refurbished this house with personal attention! Must visit if you are planning a trip to Nainital!
