i’m asking for a refund. we checked out coz there’s alot of cockroaches in the room and nobody’s at the front desk for our complaints.

My room was dirty, there was writing on the walls, the furniture was outdated and worn and the cigarette smell was too much to bear so I just got a refund and left.

The gentleman Harry made my stay a lot more comfortable. I came there with my two year-old son. There’s no microwave in the rooms. There’s no TVs downstairs in the suites.
Also, when my two year-old stood up on the bed upstairs, there’s no protective bar. A child could easily lean over and fall straight down an easy death or permanent disability protective glass needs to be there or something Harry you’ve been wet and found me extra items for the bathroom so I could bathe my son. He was such a joy One thing about the refrigerator. It’s really clean and super cold all in all I would stay there again you just have to come prepared.

This was by the far the worse hotel ive ever stayed in. from the roaches to the holes in the wall it was all around disgusting. there were no towels and wash clothes that were clean nor any available at the front desk. HIGHLY disappointed. i give a negative 5 stars and call it a motel!

这家酒店没有电梯。好不容易到了房间，发现半个卫生间坏了，暖气也不工作。然后我看到了蟑螂。房间里没有电话。我打电话给前台，没人接。我下楼，前台关门了，一个人也没有，而且里面非常黑。我离开的时候离退房时间还早。因为前台没人，我根本没法换房间。
霉味很重，关灯后床上和浴室里有蟑螂，浴室天花板漏水，地板也很脏。房间和建筑的整体状况很差。
我预订了 3 间客房，每间有 2 张大床和 1 张单人床，但当我到达时，他们没有单人床，而是让我们把两把椅子拼在一起，好像这样就相当于一张单人床。其中一间房间的空调坏了。家具坏了。这绝对不是我所期望的。这很不幸，因为它确实有潜力成为一个不错的设施，但却没有得到很好的维护。
房间和设施都很脏，我第二天早上就要结婚了，他们让我换一间新房间，但已经很晚了，我带着 2 岁的儿子。150 美元的价格让我很失望！！！我应该得到退款或部分抵免，但除了延迟退房，没有其他选择
