Manager doesn't know how to behave with customers. he will force us to check out at 11 am. and said full day charges if we stay up to 12 noon. Property is good. But maintenance is very poor. No hot water at all. No room service.

Food tastes less except Omlette.

Transport Broker charges are very high. they will charge 1300/- for 7 km drop . even though actual charges are 500/- per drop.

Stayed here for 4 nights in dec 2021 while visiting family. We just needed a place to sleep after the daylong visits to relatives and extended families. The hotel itself seems to have been built keeping high quality standards in mind. Quality amenities and fittings all around, but seems to have fallen into disuse over the last few years. The rooms have a rather musty smell and the beddings have seen better days. Bathrooms while functional sometimes have niggling issues like no running hot water. While amenities advertised include hot water kettle and tea/coffee supplies, we had to remind the staff to place a kettle in one of the rooms. While some sachets of instant coffee and some tea bags were kept no milk or milk powder was provided though. Not that it mattered to us. The Aircon worked well on most days though on the first night the power failed inexplicably and only came on at 5am leaving me sweltering in the room. Be sure to ask for fresh towels and soap. No shampoo or conditioner was provided. The staff seemed nice but helpless. I would not return here even if I were offered money to stay here.

Totally unprofessional. The security at night was a very good and lovable guy. Except that, everything including the facilities, cleanliness and attitude of the host was terrible
