Our stay at Nila palace was excellent. We stayed there for 2 days. Room was big with a dressing area connected to washroom with a door. It is situated on NH 744 and nearly 15 mins drive to munroe island. Food was good. We had dinner and breakfast on both days. They offer a wide variety of food in the menu. Staffs are very cordial.

The swimming pool was under maintenance and the same was not informed us before the booking, no water kettle iron inside the room, we had to call again and again for small things, really bad experience

Dear mt m, i have done this booking through corporate only. For two members, we got such a terrible and worst experience in this hotel. 1. They provided only one water bottle for two members. While we asked for another bottle because of two members stay. They are not provide and asked for amount. ( this also ok ) 2. They given complementary breakfast for 150 rupees budget for one person which is very low and they asked for extra payment also. 3. We ordered 1 dosa and 1 chai. They told both are 150 rs. Any extra we have to charge. 4. But they not given on time. They took aroung 30 mins to provide one dosa. Me and my collegue came outside not done the break fast, because we have the train. We already inform the same to reception also. But there is no response from there. Here it is we were experienced worst and terrible. 5. Mt m, kindly cutoff the morning break fast complementary amount from this hotel. If u need kindly connect me also.
