安缦的服务真的是没得说，我们原本是定了春节到巴厘岛的行程，后来因为美国签证护照没及时拿回，和酒店商量改期，延迟到了暑假来。这个季节其实是巴厘岛最佳旅游季节，天气特别舒适。我们飞机是上午七点多到，酒店离机场两个小时路程，接机到九点多到达，由于定的海景泳池套房要下午两点半才能腾出，酒店特意安排了一个花园套房给我们休息。客房服务更是贴心。酒店虽然在树林包围之中，但是基本没有蚊虫。私享黑沙滩更是一绝。退房后我们要到苏丽酒店，路上需要两个多小时，酒店还免费安排了司机（说实话，酒店位置比较远，接送服务还是非常关键的）。唯一不足的就是餐厅只有一个，没有中文菜单也没有会中文的服务员，对中国人特别不友好（我们第三次到巴厘岛，住了十几个酒店，还是唯一一个没有中文服务的酒店，我看酒店中国客人其实比例不少），这点强烈建议改进。晚上的时候送的晚香玉真的很香很香，床铺也特别好，睡的特别香。
下午茶也不错，就是咖啡不管黑咖啡还是拿铁卡布奇诺味道都淡，不知道是不是本地产咖啡？
继续第二家安缦，携程全球百大酒店排名第19名的Amenkila安缦丘澜,和安缦黛宁的雨林完全不同。巴厘岛的海差别很大，安缦独享龙目海峡全景私人沙滩。远离乱七八糟的金巴兰和库塔，这才是真正的避世。什么是好的服务？提前预定的海滩烛光晚餐因为考虑到可能下雨，酒店提前直接预案准备了两个地点，一个海滩一个旁边半室内餐厅，也确实是开餐以后下雨了。服务员提前记住住客的名字以及房间号，提前站门口就迎接，几乎完全包场一样的用餐空间，全程上菜、餐品介绍、中间加水加饮料的时机以及隔几分钟就一次的骨碟清理，我就打了个喷嚏人家直接瞬间就拿毯子过来了。国内某些酒店真的别再谈自己是什么哪哪天花板了，真正的天花板以及好的服务那是客人评价而不是自己吹嘘的。还是那句话贵和值是两个概念，不是崇洋媚外好就是好。
到底是谁还在吹捧安缦啊！这种奢华酒店入住前没人主动联系我，我多次给酒店发邮件想预订活动也没人回复。点个素菜咖喱让我等了一个小时才上，我儿子早已经吃完了，收这个价钱提供这种服务真的是性价比太低。

早上点果汁的时候说不想加糖，酒店服务人员就能记住，晚上点果汁的时候也是去糖的。非常细心。但是晚上下大雨的时候竟然房间漏水
安缦丘澜真的太好了。服务实在是太令人满意。在这里度过了非常愉快的四天，内心得到非常大的放松。酒店的几个活动也很有意思。如果真的要说一些不足，可能主餐厅的食物可以更丰富好吃点，意大利餐厅很好吃。另外，我们住的33幢vila，晚上天花板总有类似壁虎的东西在爬，我睡眠浅，比较容易被惊醒。我老公和孩子倒没有受到这方面的干扰。
服务很棒 每一个服务人员都会记得我的房间号和名字 就连送我们到飞机场 都有两个工作人员～还体验了马杀鸡真的很开心
可惜走的有点匆忙 没有好好体验其他项目 下次还会在入住～^_^

环境很不错，员工热情，酒店整体很安静，适合休闲度假。餐厅很棒，喜欢当地菜系。如果健身房能再大点就完美了！期待两年后扩建的新别墅！
