房型又免费升等了👍。带私人泳池别墅的应该算是岛上最好的了。房间宽敞明亮,早餐也可以,服务非常好,尤其度假村内接驳服务。每次小孩子们都玩得很开心。
性价比不错,但是周边食物价格比较偏高,酒店整体干净舒服,私人泳池还可以看见夕阳,早餐准备得很丰盛,该有的都有。环境优美
位置在一个很偏远的地方,周围比较荒凉,对面正对着新加坡帆船酒店,看的很清楚。酒店服务很好,叫车都马上到,没去吃早饭还会及时提醒。软件服务很好,但是硬件设施有点像农家乐。房子都是独栋别墅,装修很简单,感觉年久失修,房间虽然很大,但没有一个舒适干净的位置可待,除了床上。房间里呆着很不舒服。房间的泳池还可以,比较小比较浅,就是玩玩可以。早餐一般,晚饭日料也一般。但是spa是真的很好,位置在海边的草屋,非常有感觉,做了印尼传统特色的爪哇露露护理,皮肤真的太光滑了。到码头比较远。一次比较错误的度假选择。
看评分说是这个片区最好的酒店,抱着很大的期待,来了后发现,大是很大,但是住的每个房间灰尘也真是不少。自助早餐非常非常一般,看着都没有什么食欲。酒店内的几家餐馆价位也偏高。不过食物还是不错的。
但整体工作人员的服务还是挺不错的。
地方有点脏旧,只有前台装修的还好,其他地方都很破。游泳池不是很干净。酒店里吃东西价钱贵特别多,大概是商场餐馆里的三倍价格。周围环境是有点失望的,因为真的很破
房间挺好看的,但岛上有点臭。污水的味道。娱乐活动之类的都要单去问,并且都是要额外付费的。瑜伽课当天或者定下一天的也订不上
员工环境都不错,设施有点旧了,也很简单。私人泳池和房间提供的游戏是加分点,但是外卖不能送房间,而且只要连wifi就不能打开grab,用数据就可以开,有点麻烦。
评论:
我于2025年10月12日至14日入住了蒙蒂戈农萨度假村。度假村本身很有潜力——宽敞的别墅、私人泳池、优美的景色和一流的水疗中心——但服务和运营远低于五星级酒店的预期。
入住时的混乱:
我大约下午1点抵达,知道官方入住时间是下午3点。WhatsApp礼宾服务无法确认我的房间何时准备好,并重复了标准的“下午3点起”的说法。即使到了下午3点,房间也还没准备好;直到下午3点15分才告诉我房间已就绪。穿过度假村时,到处都是建筑垃圾和不干净的区域。之后,我的行李又花了一个小时才送到,因为前台和送货人员之间没有协调好。
设施:
水疗体验本身非常出色——专业的理疗师和干净的设施——但在开放时间内,起重机和挖掘机就在康体区旁边施工。这实在让人放松不下来。两家主餐厅中的一家(海鲜餐厅)在没有事先通知的情况下关闭了,这对于一家海滨度假村来说相当令人失望。
服务与餐饮问题:
早餐时,我的桌子很脏。当工作人员在清洁时把餐具掉到地上,他们只是把它放回桌上,直到我指出来——这可不是五星级酒店应有的行为。我还按照建议提前40分钟预约了高尔夫球车送我去水疗中心;WhatsApp上确认了,但车从未出现,所以我自己走了15分钟去了水疗中心。
别墅问题:
每栋别墅都有私人泳池,但水泵系统就放在户外休息区旁边,全天发出持续的嗡嗡声。当我询问时,工作人员回答说:“就是这样的,泳池需要水泵。”
总结:
度假村很有潜力——很棒的理念,一流的水疗中心,漂亮的海景——但缺乏服务文化、协调性和对细节的关注。这次住宿感觉更像是披着五星级价格的三星级体验。
我们在 Montigo Resort Nongsa 度过了一段美妙的时光!别墅一尘不染,宽敞明亮,维护得也很好。所有员工都非常友好和细心,他们竭尽全力确保我们所需的一切。
酒店位置非常适合想要从城市喧嚣中放松身心的客人,这里有迷人的海景和宁静的环境。我们特别喜欢私人泳池和度假村的各项设施——一切都堪称一流。
强烈推荐给想要与朋友或家人一起度假的人。我们一定会再来的!
这是一次很棒的住宿体验,为我们的结婚纪念日画上了圆满的句号。
度假村很漂亮,风景优美,设施一流,性价比也很高。
不过,卫生方面,尤其是房间/别墅的清洁度还可以进一步提高。有些地方有沙子,甚至私人泳池里也有。
酒店位置有点偏僻,离市中心也比较远。如果你打算就待在酒店里不出去逛的话,这倒没什么问题。
