The beds were more like box springs. My side had divot showing obvious use, and every time anyone moved the rest of us heard it. The walls are thin. We heard everything outside our door. The room itself was dated. But if you’re just looking for a “get there,” no frills place for a night, then it will be fine.

The room smelled bad, musty. The carpet felt damp. The bathroom floor had sand. Only one hand towel and one washcloth. The room I got faces a busy noisy street and the room was not insulated or windows sealed properly so it was very noisy.

Just a place to stay. Check in was easy but not very welcoming. The room we stayed in had a very strong gross smell & the hinges on the toilet seat weren’t even attached. Fine for a place to sleep but not much else.

当时已是晚上10点，我急匆匆地预订了这家酒店，因为它离我朋友家最近，我参加完他的生日派对后，不想再开夜车回洛杉矶，所以决定住酒店，这一点我在办理入住时也告诉了前台工作人员。我选择华美达酒店是觉得它应该还不错。
一进房间，空调开着，但房间里有股难闻的气味。虽然当时很晚了，我试图忍耐，但实在睡不着，只好打电话给前台。工作人员说他们刚对房间进行了深度清洁，地毯可能还没干，所以有味道。我要求退款。他说他会去查看另一间空房，如果那间房间没有异味（他说那间也深度清洁过），他会给我打电话。但他没有。当时已经半夜了，我别无选择，只能将就住下。
他说会给早班工作人员留个便条。第二天早上，前台工作人员向我道歉，并说酒店老板会在周一联系我。我给老板留了一张便条，并拍了复印件留底。
作为华美达旗下的酒店，他们不应该把这样条件的房间出售给任何客人。
很脏 很乱 没有早点
总的来说，这里还不错，但我想提几点，希望对其他人有帮助：前台设施简陋，氛围简陋。没有免费咖啡或其他额外服务。房间通风不良，而且有浓重的清洁用品气味。酒店感觉像汽车旅馆。如果只是短暂停留一晚，这里可能还不错。步行15到20分钟就能到码头或海滩。
