The room was clean but very dingy. My wheelchair could barely fit through the door but not in the bathroom. The toilet was low and the grab bars were not in the right place to be useful. The sink and mirror were too high up be useful at all.
Now for the breakfast the staff member was very rude and said we could not take any food or a tray out of the breakfast area because it was company policy.
Because of the inability to get around in the room we were forced to leave a day early with no compensation for money lost.

They assigned the same room to two people, and someone walked into the room when my wife was undressed.

Clean room, wonderful staff, breakfast plentiful and continously restocked and clean. Location great, many restaurants in the area. Easy in and out of parking area with our trailer.

While the staff was very kind and breakfast was fine, this place in general only gets a surface level cleaning. I could tell by the dust in every crevice and corner this place limits their vacuuming and mopping in the rooms. The pillows also have a very musty stench, I needed to place a towel over it to sleep on. My stars are only for the kind staff. But you get what you pay for- I’m not upset. Just wanted to share an honest review for others.

Two day stay no one clean my room or replace my towels. When I returned to my it was just like I left it. I have never had that happen before.

The room wasn't clean; the bedsheet had stains, and the sink was clogged. There were candies under the bed. The TV and the phone weren't working. The coffee machine was dirty and had never been cleaned.
Staff was friendly and nice.
Location is good.

Quick and efficient check in. Changed my room to overlook my vehicle with no hassles. Nice sized room with fridge, coffee, and full bath tub.

Clean room, friendly front desk staff. There was some loud rowdy teenagers at least 12 in the hall way blocking stairs and elevator. I did not like that at all
