Clean room, friendly front desk staff. There was some loud rowdy teenagers at least 12 in the hall way blocking stairs and elevator. I did not like that at all

The hot tub was great. Some carpet in hotel not clean. Shower head needs upgrading. Room not sound proof as advertised

Everything was great. Quiet, decent breakfast. Location had everything around that you could want. Quite close to downtown.

Air condition wouldn't work. Had to call maintenance. Carpets need steam cleaned. Paint needed attention. Some plug-ins wouldnt keep a plug in. The beds were improperly made. I know i was a motel cleaner many years ago. Attention to detail was lacking. The breakfast room did not accomodate all the guest. Breakfast servers were not experienced. Orange juice ran out and had to wait for there return to get juice. They should be there the whole time of serving, replenishing what ever was emptied. Server left out inners to the coffee pot. No wonder we couldnt get coffee. Experience!! Attention to detail!!
Front desk was GREAT. OVERALL I GIVE A 2 ☆☆ Wont ever be back.

Dirty sheets
Overall hotel was clean but service was slow and poor. We asked multiple times for change of sheets (2nd day stay) but they refused to change. I am not sure if it’s the policy to not change sheets till whole trip was over. Just slept with dirty sheets:(

Property conveniently located for me. The breakfast offered was very nice. Accommodations less. Staff at desk courteous. Had to ask for towel refresh a couple of times. No one came to clean room at all during my stay (10 days). Overall, I give it 3 stars based on reasons given.

I stayed this past weekend at this location. I would definitely stay again. The facility was clean, well lit, near tons of restaurants and shopping and it was very affordable. The staff was friendly and helpful with answering questions. My room was even changed at check-i. because the staff became aware the ac unit needed to be repaired. Very nice stay.

The suite was large! Unique layout that made it feel larger. I've stayed in a million hotels. This was probably second to the Venetian in Vegas. The room was that nice and for cheap. I'm thinking of coming back tonight. Elevator was fast.
