The staff was kind and courteous. There was vlood on the pillow case.it was dry but that was kind of gross. And the there were handprints on the walls.

The room was absolutely filthy. You couldn't walk on the floor without your feet getting filthy. We had no towels or washcloths. I asked the front desk for some, and they gave me one. The mini fridge had moldy food in it and exploded soda.

The first room we was offered was not ready. They put us in another room which was discussing. The chair must have had an animal on it all scraped up and dirty. The sheets was like sand paper. Bed in a medal frame and made noise at every move. Mattress thin and uncomfortable. No hair dryer nor tissue. Had to ask for towels as no one replaced it in our second night there. Even though it says no smoking we smelled smoke as cigarette. The hall floor was not vacuumed.,I could go on and on but bottom line it was a disaster that I booked at this place and very much overpriced. Never staying at a Red Roof again. Thankfully I did find a room at another hotel which is in excellent condition and the staff so accommodating and kind.. I hope no family nor friend or living human would have the experience we had at this Red Roof Inn
