I recently stayed here for 2 nights. This is a newly (read: gutted) Comfort Suites (so says Uber) that is in a great location for many things in the area. Its set back off the road just far enough to reduce noise. The rooms are great and new. The staff was nice. Plenty of parking. I slept well. Even the HVAC units are new. Recommend.

Far exceeds any other Fairfield Inn we've stayed at (and we've stayed at many.) in fact, it truly felt more like a real 5-star hotel. The courteous and friendly front desk staff told us that the hotel was totally renovated in November 2025. And TOTALLY is not an exaggeration! That was evident from the moment we drove into the brand new parking lot and continued through the lobby, the hallways, and into the room! Everything is new! The staff was obviously very well trained. Attentive, helpful, friendly. Even the hot berserker bar was a notch above. Fresh scrambled eggs, real bacon, turkey sausage ( not very good), and of choise make it yourself waffles, etc. Well done! The housekeeping was also impeccable. Overall, my wife and I could not have been more pleased. This property will definitely be our first choice next time through Durham-Raliegh. Highly recommended!

Great new hotel near RTP and the airport! Reasonably priced, rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast area was attractive and well stocked. Fairfield Inns have some nice hot breakfast choices outside of the ordinary scrambled eggs. Thank-you for that!

This hotel is quite possibly the WORST hotel I’ve stayed at in my entire life. Our room reeked of cat urine and the person at the front desk did not allow us to switch rooms. We were handed febreeze to “help” the smell but it just ended up smelling like strong cat urine masked with perfume, which ended up giving me a migraine. The microwave did not have a disk in it and the ceiling in the shower was chipping off. When checking out, my fiancé complained to the morning front desk employees and they didn’t seem to care, either. Just replied with “Oh, I’m sorry about that.” They did not give us a number for corporate, they just told us to call the number through “booking . com” Disgusting place where employees do not care about you or your stay. Do not waste your time/money here at this awful place.

This place is completely horrible. It is a nightmare of epic proportions, it is literally falling apart. The motel is a mess. The fountain in front is filled with slime and trash and non-working, the front of the hotel is dripping Sheetrock and bad masonry, and in my room, the toilet seat had to be loosened so it could be moved aside slightly just to get the door open. Mold EVERYWHERE. I could go on and on, but I'm not going to. Beware!!!!

Woke up for the breakfast that was supposed to start at 6 am. Nothing. Well a couple bananas that were mostly black and two crackers left out on a counter. Went back to my room because there were no staff at the desk. Tried to use my room phone to call the staff and...no dial tone. Guess the phone is just for decoration. Otherwise room is clean and adequate. But annoyed I paid more for a hotel with breakfast included and needed to go out and purchase my breakfast.

The beds were comfortable. It’s located in a nice area. There’s lots of restaurants in the area, and close to downtown Durham and Raleigh. The motel does need s major renovation. It was built in 1998. The carpeting is definitely worn. There was an old leak above the toilet in room 424. We had one small trash can, when there’s usually 2. The first room we had was 422, but the fridge wasn’t working, which we needed because we had purchased cold items prior to arriving. The front desk attendant moved us to another room. The only working ice maker was on the first floor near the breakfast area. Breakfast was basic. They had the typical cereal, muffins, waffles, some egg patties, sausage links, coffee, juice, etc. Overall it met our needs. We had to abort staying at an AirBNB in the area due to its location so at that point anything was better.

I will not ever stay there ever again. Are work trailer had the lock cut off in the parking lot. I asked if there’s any way they could look at the cameras. They said that don’t have any cameras. They could care less about there customers. Went back later that day to see if there was any cameras. They do have cameras, but wouldn’t look at them. I told a person walking out to his work truck he better be careful are trailer got broken into, and he said his has been broken into at that place before.

In pregress of reno but the staff were great and helpful. Great people and the shuttle driver was one of the best. They all are very helpful and the hotel is a fine place[ but will be better after reno] for the money.
