room was filthy, paint was worn off and doors, walls were pure dirty. holes in comforter as well as cigarette burns in sheets smell was horrific. there was no hot water without running fthe shower for 30+ minutes, then it only turned warm. fixtures were falling apart, kleenex holder falling out of wall, tp holder rusted and falling out of wall. all lights were unplugged when entering room so no light upon entry. Refrigerator freezer door would close because it was all frosted up and the fridge part did not cool. Super 8 is usually stellar stay. This one, I would never think about staying here again. The staff was amazing, so friendly. The last 3 nights of our stay the guest in the room next to us would have friends over and music thumping thru the walls. They would be laughing and talking over the loud music in the room and outside, leaving the door open and doordashing liquor.

Good stay for the price. Breakfast consisted of waffles and frozen jimmy dean sausage biscuits. No cereal no fruit. Nothing.

The toilet didn't flush, we had to take the lid off and reach down in the tank and lift up the stopper to flush. The toilet tissue holder was almost hanging off the wall. The air conditioner temp was not stable. Had to readjust it several times during the night which kept us up. At 74 deg it was too cold and had to turn off to warm up.

The ancient AC unit was so noisy it kept me awake all night. The room had been remodeled but they didn’t repair the damaged walls. The pocket door didn’t sit square in the opening and the hardware in the outside was new but on the inside was an old cabinet knob. The lighting was terrible

Very good on all counts. The staff was wonderful. My key card stopped working and they asked a few questions and got everything straightened out quickly and got me back in. The only strange thing other than key card malfunction was the TV turned on about every 2-3 hours through the night, I think from the remotes in other rooms being used and the sensor picking up through the walls, but other than that everything was good

I'm still waiting for them to give me my deposit back plus the first room we was in didn't have hot water and the air conditioner leaked evey were so we changed rooms and had to listen to the couple above us fighting all night long and when we said something about it too the front desk all they said was sorry want stay again if I can help it

We had to switch room due to the bathroom not being cleaned and bugs on the room. The second room had no working lights and bugs. The front desk worker told me “it’s summer, there is a lot of f-ing bugs here” I told him I want a refund so my family and I could go to a cleaner hotel.
