Awful, terrible hotel. Communication appalling. No replies to emails. Ignores any problems. Expensive. Nothing good I can say about it.

Don't stay in the non-smoking room. Apparently this is the default for the cheap room from online. Upgrade if you stay here. There were roaches. Rest of hotel looks nice and staff was friendly.

Did what it needed to do, didn't try and do anything extra just let us come and go, lobby open 24/7, and had breakfast and daily room service with friendly staff

Although it said non-smoking it reaked of stale smoke. The carpet had cigarette burns and the bathtub was disgusting. The odor was so gross. The breakfast was 1 waffle that the ftont desk had to make, white or wheat bread and yogurt. They charge an rxtra $15 if you have a room with 2 beds and you use the second bed!! The maintenance had an ac vover outside and it was caked with grime and dust like 2 inches long. From the smell of the room, they have not cleaned their ac covers. They were charging a guy $30 for housekeeping to come during his stay.

My relative had been staying at this hotel for several months due to mental health reasons. He is also in the early stages of dementia and is overly trusting of strangers. Well it has come to my knowledge that the maintenance man has been taking advantage of my relative & is swindling him for thousands of dollars. It is absolutely horrifying and who knows how many other people have been conned by this man.

It was pretty much as I expected for the price. Nothing was shiny/new but was clean and functioned well. Left over smoke smell, especially in the halls. Complimentary breakfast was basic, and not very good. Pool and hot tub were not open.

I would have given 5 stars to property conditions and facilities but they are still working on updates which are great and much needed. Hot tub and sauna were in clean working order. Water pressure great with plenty of hot water. Didn't know that they had a continental breakfast with fresh made to order waffles and coffee, so that was a pleasant surprise. Thai, Mexican, coffee options near.

Medium sized clean room with all amenities, just poor lighting in the room. Limited choice available at breakfast but plenty of it. A good value place to stay. Ideal spot for visiting north Washington Coast and the islands. A pleasant place to visit.
