The room was for the most part clean. You have to wear flip flops or socks because the floor is not the cleanest. I got a non-smoking room that still smells like cigarettes because they never repainted after they made it a non-smoking room. The inside of the microwave was half melted and look dangerous to use. ( I did report this to the office but it was not replaced) There's a good microwave at the office though. They provided provisions to make coffee but there was no coffee maker in the room. The office has coffee available after 6:00 a.m. The front door definitely needs to be resealed because you can clearly see outside the bottom right side of the door. The space is big enough to slide your fingers underneath the door and feel the sidewalk outside. From pricing the surrounding area they do offer the best pricing per night.

Unsafe location - did not feel comfortable whatsoever. Used all three locks on the door and was concerned for our moving trailer and vehicle.

Staff stated that I was on some sort of “no fly” list and wasn’t allowed to stay there but the said he would let us stay anyway. When asking the morning desk staff, she was very confused and said there is nothing of such list nor has she ever heard of my name before (I was traveling cross country and have never been in that state before).

It smells musty , the room was clean but yet felt really dirty.

I went back and forth on staying and should have known better. We left at 11pm to drive home , we couldn’t sleep there (we tried).

It wasn’t noise related just the musty smell and the outdated (very ) room.

The staff was very very gracious , it’s just a very outdated property but the price was worth giving it a shot.

Horrible stay

The first room fridge was broken and water on the floor. They changed the room and the second room was filthy, dirty, air condition is too loud, can’t stay on auto and continued blowing fan. The following morning I went to front desk because I couldn’t sleep all night. The receptionist told they don’t have maintenance on weekends and they can’t fix the air condition. She offered to check me out and look for another hotel around since they are fully booked, and she will refund my money. To surprised, she refunded half of the money. I didn’t not even bother to argue with her because I’m and I need somewhere to rest.

Well let’s see… checked in on Friday night. No WIFI. Tv set to random input and no way to change the input on the tv. Room smelled clean looked clean minus the random bugs. Not so much cockroaches only saw a few little ones of those but other random ones. Front door needs a seal. 209. Shouldn’t be able to see light when the door is closed. Breakfast is a joke. Staff was very friendly though so at least that’s a plus. Parking lot was safe for our two nights. Would not recommend though unless it was the last choice in all of Mississippi.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. The bathroom door was rotted. Mold in the shower. Bugs/insects on walls, floors. Dirt spots on the sheets!!! And the noise!!!!!!! Awful!!!
