Room wasn't stellar. Called in Wed for early check in. Trash wasn't taken out and we didn't have shampoo. Also, the TV did not work. I got YouTube to work but that's about it. Also, it was freezing in the breakfast area Sunday morning. The price of the room was great but everything else was mid.

As for the tv's I am trying to figure out a system that will make it easier to work the smart tv's. I did have a housekeeping meeting and this was brought up

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Nice variety of breakfast options but wished they had more fruit. Room were pretty clean for the most part but could use a good detail vacuuming in the corners and around furniture.

第二天，我回到房间，钥匙也用不了。我去前台的时候，他们仍然把第一个我从未住过的房间分配给了我。他们把我住的房间重新分配给了其他人，后来发现那个房间已经被人住了，所以他们取消了我的钥匙，直到他们弄清楚房间情况。
我去洗澡的时候，挂在墙上的护发素瓶子已经空了。
我预订了5人房，结果订到了4人房，所以我们其中一个人不得不睡在地板上。我和家人一起旅行，其中一个孩子是ADA残疾人。这让今晚的住宿体验很艰难。
工作人员让入住和退房变得轻松快捷。服务很棒。
房间很臭，淋浴间、浴室和椅子等区域也很脏。
工作了6个小时，休息了一段时间。
